Threads Of Destiny(Eastern Fantasy, Sequel to Forge of Destiny)

Voted best in category in the Users' Choice awards.
[X] She flew to the Silent Stones, though she disliked the implications, it was the only moon site she knew

[X] She flew back home to the Argent Vent, with its solid foundation building qi

It's strange that I'm not picking a Zeqing option immediately, but I do believe that Sixiang can suffer from thematic damage there.

Always choose the option with the best outcome. Unless there's a Zeqing option, then choose the Zeqing option.

[X] She flew to Zeqing's home, the single most potent qi locus she could think of

I'd be tempted to go to Ice Mom's, but also I want to avoid people being like "We just saw her!!!" as an argument once it comes around to social voting again haha. I wanna do that trial!

Silent Stones: Multiply successes of Moon, Sun and Earth arts by 1.3. +1 to the XP dice of skills trained using those arts.

It Isn't Blood Moon site.

We know she likes the feel of the qi there so I would default to that choice given we have pretty much zero information, and both of us want nothing to do with the Bloody Moon so seems cruel to me to force that on the (apparent) Domain of Sixiang.

Oddly enough, I'm picking this because I have the opposite reasoning for what the "boring" choice is than I've seen people mention. Barring any Bloody Moon influence, which we wouldn't want, what do we expect to result from just replenishing a Moon spirit with Moon Qi? Not much beyond what Sixiang's already setup. The Standing Stones is the boring default option to me, nothing new or interesting about it elemental interaction-wise, only our association with the Bloody Moon event. Meanwhile, one of the main reasons Sixiang started building their domain in the first place was because they're becoming uncomfortable with their transient nature as a Moon spirit, so I'm curious to see what they do with the more solid foundational Qi provided by the Argent Vent. Change is still an integral part of the Moon too after all.

Yeah, going to be honest, this is the first step of Six as something other than a dream. Doubling down on the same stuff they're already made of doesn't seem like the best choice necessarily?

They've straight up said the Argent Vent was 'good stuff'. More importantly, it's known to have the effect of making people "More themselves".

Like, even if we assume that the Bloody Moon doesn't fool around (Like they did in the trial, muzzling Six when they let Shen Hu have his buddies), it's still... Feeling like it's wasting the opportunity I"d almost say? Half the point Six is going through this evolution in the first place is because they're trying to understand the world better, it feels like a step backward to go "But you should be more fey".

Argent Qi is a great supplement to most people, sort of by design. And for a 'First step', having a good foundation is never a wrong choice.

I don't like the idea of Silent Stones here, but I like the idea of Sixiang giving Argent bonuses to cultivation even less.

Honestly speaking, aside from the whole Bloody Moon business (may draw bad memories from Sixiang) and the Sun elements, don't really mind going there. If not, then we may as well attempt Zeqing's locus. Argent may be the safe option but then question comes up with how it affects us element-wise.

Another way to read the choices in terms of thematic influence could be that one is pursuing power from mom, one is pursuing security at home, and one is pursuing confronting the trauma that prompted this.
