If the choice is between Plan Enjou and Plan Enjou with changes it is hatd to motivate voters. Look at any real world election were the choice is between corrupt politican A and B.
I looked up the last vote.
The differences were hard to spot, partly becasue there weren't many, and partly because they had different formatting.
It's like voting for your city's yearly budget, except someone had a printer malfunction halfway through.

[X] Fall Back- You have mapped out almost all of the path and confirmed Isha's presence, with the plague in you pushing forward leaves to great a risk of dying and losing all that you have gained. - Retreat, earn major favour from Eldar on survival and minor favour on death.

[X] Push forward- You have come this far, you are not willing to falter on the final stretch. - One DC 230 roll, one DC 160 plague roll, then retreat. On survival earn honourbound favour from Eldar, on death earn minor favour

Guess I'll vote for the do or die option, Ridcully dying would be a major setback but the potential rewards are immense.

[X] Push Forward

We've come so far and to falter now would be a disgrace! Glory or death! That is the way of things!

Since the vote is more than 3 to 1 by a huge margin let's talk about other stuff. Like who the Lion respected enough and could hide from Ridicully sight? I did not know he liked nyone or had any friends after the Heresy.

Or that we may have found a new way to travel through the warp using something that sounds similiar to the Necrons way. You know before GW made them use the webway.

Who our new assistant should be? I think we should go with either Administration assistant to build hives or Melanie to build shipyards since we are way behind Midgard and Vanaheim.

That we should consider start putting in mentor betas. We lost 4 betas so we had a 100 percent failure rate.

Most likely Cypher, though Constantin Valdor is also a possibility.

It would actually be interesting to speculate whether or not the "new truth" could progress in a way that allows friendly relations to certain warp entities. There would be a lot of resistance because of tradition and the fact that the emperor originally aimed to abolish all religion to remove all gods, but on the other hand according to Lin, Big E accepted worship later in his life and the Trust has encountered some precedents of non-hostile warp entities such as Avernite Sphinxes or the Eldar Pantheon.
Also, writing this somehow got the idea of an AU in which Lin does not become a saint in time and Avernus pulls itself together by officially converting to worship of the planetmind stuck in my head.

Better hope there that a trust exterminates would be stopped by the Old One stations this time, without a Muspelheim secret weapon brought out against us, but that does sound good to read.
