[] Tokei is beyond you. He's a fully trained samurai and you're fucking five! You need to run! You need to run right now and call for help!
How do you expect to get away? You're going to run outside through the door, scream for help, and then what? You're betting on a trained samurai not being able to catch up to a 5 year-old. Leg size makes a huge difference here. Moreover, his sword is right next to the door which means he'll grab it if he chases us outside, and afterwards all he has to do is catch up and slice us up.
Unless you expect ninja response to be incredibly fast then this is a dead option. Also, we were just lectured by Gai that no enemy is truly unbeatable and that no matter how impossible a situation is, there is always a path to victory. Running away contradicts this lesson and obvious foreshadowing/hint about the fight with Tokei, and it's easy to see that not heeding the narrative will end up with us dead.

[X] You must protect your mom, everything Gai-sensei has taught you has been for a moment like this. You can't beat Tokei, but you can buy time for surrounding ninja to help. Lure him outside, where there is more space, and try to be loud and boisterous to attract surrounding ninja. Engage in evasive maneuvers.
-[X] Grab his sword on your way out.
-[X] Fight Dirty
-[X] If the opportunity presents itself, all you need is one clean shot to kill him.
You're going to fight him using everything Gai taught you, right? Since when did Gai teach you to use a blade? You're going to be fighting him with something you have no experience using in contrast to the actual skills Gai-sensei taught you, the ones that were enough for you to go head-to-head in a practice spar with the man and even take him off-guard.
Also, how exactly are you going to fight dirty with a sword? You're going to kick him in the crotch or bite his hand all while trying to balance an heavy sword? Maybe try to fling sand in his eyes, oh wait, we have a blade in our hands. Seriously, please explain what that's supposed to be because it's pretty nonsensical.
And us only needing one clean shot to kill him? That's a two-way street. A little kid is far more squish than a brutish samurai, and we're going to try to kill this samurai whose trained his whole life with the blade and against it, with a blade. I highly doubt we're going to beat him in that angle.
Besides, it's not like there's already a plan that tries to maximize the chance of getting off a critical blow with a blade and capitalizes on that advantage to beat him down.
Oh yes and for the people who've already thrown in the towel and are just banking on being respawned, it might be my unfamiliarity with this format, but I do wish for us to try to survive and not give up just because this seems impossible, especially when the same update argues that unbeatable foes can be overcome.
