And then some infidels try to cheat you just to give them rope, but then turn around and use that rope for purposes other than it was inteded for, and we need to hunt down and purge the infidels.

Joking around won't help. And @Kaizuki , your vote doesn't absolve Sayaka of blame, because it doesn't address the (irrational) possibility that Sayaka was still cowardly for not contracting to help Mami.
