Because it's vague, non-descriptive, and there's no sense of how much time has passed. That could just as easily refer to Cerys getting shredded by the AAA batteries, as anything else.

There is literally no other injury that Cerys has received in the time that they moved to Gaia's island that would need anything special besides her own regeneration to heal. It was the first actual battle after they got here, the first and only time Cerys has been injured since moving to the island with Gaia so far.
Gaia specifically says that Cerys got hurt and told Una to help gather ingredients.
It really isn't rocket science. Do you really think that Rukia would conceivably skip a scene where the main character is injured?
Its one thing to forget something from an update's second paragraph by the time you comment (it wouldn't be as fresh in your mind then, and other parts of the scene could throw it out of your mind), one thing to say the transition between updates is jarring. That's fine.
It is another thing entirely to claim that this wasn't clear about what it is about. It was explicitly stated that by Gaia that Cerys was injured and that she was getting Una to gather ingredients to heal her.
There is only one time that she has shown to be injured since they went to the island. The update comes immediately after the end of the assault that caused that injury.
I mean it technically could get clearer than that, but it really shouldn't have to.
[X] SUCH A MAGNI-... MAGNIF-... PRETTY BEAST... must be a friend! (Try to talk to the Spiritbound, see if it gives you the ingredients without fighting. Only attack if you are attacked first)
No guarantee that this is not a horrible mistake, but I like the idea.

-[X] Boost your Resilience though, would be pretty silly if it does attack

Which is kind of useless though, seeing that boosting herself uses up Una's turn and it is gone by the time she can use an action to interact with the Spiritbound again.

You burst forwards, three steps taking you across the river and into the stunned creature. The impact knocks the two of you over and as you roll, you grab it tightly, hugging the enormous wolf for all your little arms were worth. "PUPPY!" It struggles mightily in your grip, twisting this way and that way as you rub your face against its surprisingly soft bark. Oww. It's claws are really sharp, as evidenced by the gouges it's digging into the ground as it struggles. Eh. You plant your sword into the ground, using your now free hand to squeeze your new pet tighter.
It lets out a deep rumbling growl that makes your hairs stand on end and stops struggling, falling limp in your grip. A smile pulls at your face as you feel your new friend accept your hugging. You loosen your hold a little so you can move when suddenly it comes back to life, a paw pushing off of the ground and flipping you onto your back. You barely have the chance to blink before you feel its teeth clamp shut on your throat, your inhale turning into a strangled gasp as it tears through your soft flesh.

You desperately pump magic through your arms as you try to push it off of you and in response it just bites tighter, twisting its head and jerking you to the side as it stabs its claws into your arms, pinning them to the ground. You try to cry out, but the only sound that escapes is a wheezing gurgle as the rush of air escapes out of the hole in your throat, the teeth just pushing deeper as you feel something wet run down your skin.
Your bleary eyes desperately try to look towards Cuifen and you catch a brief glimpse of her, moving towards you, your eyes meeting hers. Please, hel- Your thoughts are cut off when it starts shaking it's head, slamming your skull into the ground as it tears deeper, agonising pain shooting through you as you feel something scrape across your spine. Please-

Your feet twitch feebly when you hear a horrific crunching noise, the teeth meeting one-another as your body gives way, pain suddenly fading anyway into the background. You force your eyes down and see it looking at you, a single glowing eye staring up at you, blood splashed across its snout. It's... Your lungs heave, just making a faint gurgling noise as it tries to find air through pathways that no longer exist. so pretty... Your eyelids flutter as your float on a hazy cloud, feeling distant from everything. Haaaah, is that you sis? You feel her warmth, pumping through your everything, a thin sheen over your neck. Warm.
You feel another weight land on you faintly, then a jarring snap as they leave you, arms suddenly free. You try to move your legs, but they only twitch in response, a feeling of lightheaded-ness settling over you as you force one of your arms to move. Your fingers run down your neck, sliding in something wet. Shakily lifting the hand, your eyes finally focus on it as something red drips from them, splashing on your cheek. It's red, red red red like blood. The thought makes you want to giggle, but your body remains stubbornly silent, just the strange feeling of air on skin.
You force your other arm behind you, a shove of borrowed magic jerking you upwards, head dropping forwards. It keeps going, only stopping when you feel something solid in your neck strain, leaving you staring inwards slightly. This is weeeeeeird. You blink as you look through the hole, catching a brief glimpse of something pink moving behind you. Blinking, you drop both of your hands to the ground, pulling yourself to the side so you can see behind you.
Cuifen stomps her foot as she elbows the wolf in the side of the head, stepping around a slash and slamming her fist into its spine.

Spiritbound Wolf: +40 Base Resilience, +1 Dice = 41 Total Reduction
Spiritbound Wolf Health: 324 - 139 = 185)
Her blow shatters its back, driving it into the floor as wood flies off; a yelp cut short when she lets out a roar of rage. Her other hand comes down, punching through its twisted and mangled back.
(Cuifen: +180 Base Damage = 180 Total Damage
Spiritbound Wolf: +40 Base Resilience, +8 Dice, - 30 Stunned = 18 Total Reduction

She evidently finds something and grabs it, pulling back with an inhuman noise she tears something from its chest. It instantly falls limp, the light in it's eyes fading as she crushes the dripping object in her fist, gem hanging from her ear glowing furiously.
One of your arms gives out, dropping you back to the ground as you lose feeling in it, the noise making Cuifen spin on the spot. When she sees you, she drops the thing, rushing towards you faster than you ever imagined a human could. Dropping to her knees she pulls you into her lap, brushing hair sticky with blood out of your face as she looks down at you, eyes wide. You see her lips moving, repeating the same word over and over in her language. What's she worrying about, I'm fine.
You smile up at her, the muscles pulling painfully as you force them and her shakes increase, tears running down her cheeks as her hands settle on your face. You feel your sisters warmth dim a little and suddenly you can breath. The first breath is sudden, dragging blood and viscera into your throat as the air rushes in, but you can breath. You cough, trying to clear your throat as you blink rapidly, the sudden return of air making you notice what had been missing.
Cuifen moves back, giving you space to turn your head to the side on her lap, shakily forcing your body to lift you. Your legs very slowly co-operate, and you drag them underneath you, leaning against Cuifen as you cough. "Haa haa haa." You pant as you try to say something, the fuzzyness from earlier fading a little. "See... I," You stop to cough, swallowing something wet when you finish. "I'm fine. Told you."
She drags you to her, seemingly trying her best to hug as much of you at once as gently as possible, still muttering away in her own language. You feel her looking around, then she lifts you, still hugging you to her chest as she starts moving. Wait. "Go... get the things." She stops, looking down at you with incredulous eyes. "Went through effort," you clench your fist as the pain returns, a molten rod in your spine, "need to get."
Her face scrunches up, an angry grunt escaping from her mouth as she gently turns around, moving back to your prize. She snatches a handful of pink from the tree, shoving it into a pocket as she grabs the wolf by the neck, dragging the corpse behind her as she starts back down the path.
The further she goes, the more the pain returns, along with it feeling in your legs. When a tear escapes, despite your best efforts, she picks up the pace. Running through the forest as gently as she can, she shoulders through the bushes you'd gone around, the hill your house was on coming into view in the distance. When you see the building, the door is already open for you, Gaia standing out on the porch and looking worried. You try to smile at her, lifting a hand to make a pose when the torn muscles make themself known, hand dropping back halfway as you bite your lip. Don't cry, big girls don't cry.
She ushers the two of you in, a heavy thump sounding out as Cuifen drops her other cargo on the porch, stopping her run as she enters the house. "Take her upstairs and lie her down." Gaia barks out the command so sternly that you almost stand up to go yourself. Cuifen doesn't wait, bounding up the stairs in barely five steps, shouldering open your door and laying you down as gently as she can. Gaia follow up shortly, clinking with every step as she carries a dozen little flasks.
You open your mouth to say something, but she abruptly moves forwards, forcing the head of a flask into your mouth. Before you can do anything, you feel ice settle in your chest, eyelids drooping as sleep drags you to it with hooks and claws.
