Not one hundred percent sure on this, but it seems like there ought to be a comma after 'no' here. No, wrong goddess! seems to work better than how it's currently written.
Most likely he was deliberately not using his soul-sight, since that would be cheating.Odd that emoto-vision can be beaten by a poker face. Most likely Paul was just messing about for a lark.
You think Jade isn't cheating? Most likely he was deliberately not using his soul-sight, since that would be cheating.
No. The thought was entirely to hurried for proper grammar. Not one hundred percent sure on this, but it seems like there ought to be a comma after 'no' here. No, wrong goddess! seems to work better than how it's currently written.
That wouldn't actually tell him if they were cheating or not. Though detailed physiological scans might. Most likely he was deliberately not using his soul-sight, since that would be cheating.
No more than normal I think. It's not the same as his old "Ophidian's Eyes", it's an innate ability that works even without the ring.
Writing it without spaces would make that clearer then.
Hah. I actually know that place. It's boring, but eh. It's... I just realized that Sjælland is called Zealand in english. Weird, but again, eh. It's 'Zealand'. They're all weird over there. Jutland is the only proper place in denmark. Zealand might as well be Sweden.
When the audience has such a hard time seeing that you know you've been abusing the trait 'dense as a neutron star' trait.
An expressionShe stares back with a expression of complete composure, betraying absolutely no emotion.
They're counting cards, which is usually considered cheating. But there's a difference between being really observant and using something like a power ring or strategically placed mirrors to know the contents of someone's hand. You think Jade isn't cheating?
You think could-be-catwoman isn't cheating?
RAGE: Teth-Adom
AVARICE: OL.
FEAR: Michael Siskin.
WILL: John Constantine.
HOPE: ???
LOVE: Zatanna.
COMPASSION: Dana Dearden a.k.a. Super-Woman.
For this version of Fire, is her pyrokinesis mystical in nature or vanilla metahuman bullshit?
I ask because for his inevitable fight against Nabu, OL could further stack the deck in his favor by getting magical/supernatural allies who represent the four elements since magic is stronger when you have symbolism and symmetry.
Possibilities:
=AIR: Teth-Adom's flight and lightning powers.
=FIRE: John Constantine for his association with Hell and demonic entities, multiple near-damnations, and the fact that he's a chronic smoker.
=WATER: the Atlantean magesmith whose name I don't remember. On the other hand, OL is an agent of change and CHAOS!!!, and water is the most malleable element; ever-changing, transitional, never static, ebbs and flows.
Or, OL could get people to represent the Emotional Spectrum in order to symbolically enhance Zatanna's and John Constantine's magic.

Alan could represent Hope probably, if he wasn't literally half-green.
Thank you, corrected.
Nah she's probably gonna actally try now, which will be interesting!Awe, poor Jade. I really like Jade x Paul, Jade seemed interested but now she seems to be rather put out
Oh well, I can get behind Paul with the Green fire heroine.

<whimper>She's definitely closer to Paul here than she is with Clone!Roy, her beau in canon. And it seems like Zoat's going to take us through the full six years.
You brought this on yourself.
I'm not in favor of a time skip per se, but I'm not particularly in love with the idea of 'there must be twenty six episodes per six months in story'. If Zoat wants to kind of skim past some time to get to a more exciting subject, I'm all for it. There's not much sense in making filler episodes strictly for the sake of making sure the requisite number of episodes is reached.Oh, I wouldn't begrudge you a timeskip, but hey, if you want to show us the full six years....
I think it's time to switch to another, newer Zoat.
