Listen, while you're being all renegade and fixing problems in England that need serious fixing, the Darnley urn should probably be rescued from that demon worshipping Lord Clifton. It should probably be taken to the other side of the planet, to keep it away from any demons.

There'd be sufficient places willing to house it.
I though we had a rule about referencing things I haven't heard of.
Shouldn't the rings have run out of charge by now if people were actively using them?
Depends when they arrived. And whether they took down the local Greenie.
Major Dumbass Knuckledragger. Meet your new boss.
Derek Kelly. The chap specifically mentioned in the last episode as being invulnerable?
How would they know about the Assimilation function?
WANTMINEMINEMINEWANTMINE!

Ah, Father Box's test-subject-to-be.

Seriously, this guy's powers have been hyped to the point where either he's literally invincible and about to casually murder Grayven, ending the Renegade segments forever, or he's about to get punked. The description of this nobody has been pushing him like the second coming of the Sentry.

So this makes it even harder for any other orange lanterns to survive right? A single charge on the ring, impaired faculties from overexposure to avarice and potentially hostile green lanterns. And if anyone manages to survive then Larfleeze or an army of constructs come knocking on your planets doorstep.
The theft of his rings was just the motivation Larfleeze needed to start acquiring again instead of hoarding.

Scry wards
Now Grayven knows Paul's pain.

Can't say I'm impressed with the duo. They have a blind summoning going on. What did they plan to do if a major Demon stumbled through? Or a Lord of Chaos? Or a god?

However, he and Larfleeze are no longer the only Orange Lanterns in the galaxy.
No wonder the GLs are annoyed with Paul.

Wonder what the Orange Rings are using as targeting/recruitment qualifications. Could just be 'whoever picks it up'.

Even after re-reading the interaction with Imane I'm still unclear how Chester can go and talk to the stalker. Best case all he knows is Imane's verbal description of the spot.
because the scry wards or whatever don't affect the Mk1 eyeball?
edit: Ninja'd

Not for very long I think, Larfleeze vs a rookie Lantern will always go the same way. He's motivated now to get back his shinies plus whatever else strikes his fancy on the wider galaxy now he's moving out of that cave.
He's still on Okarra guarding his hoard, he sent out a bunch of construct Lanterns (like Blume) to search for the missing rings and retrieve them.

I'm... moderately sure it's been established in this story or at least WoZ that energy drain for ring power is a high avarice/high level lantern skill, and these are complete newbies we're talking about here. Newbies without the benefit of metaknowledge to help them use it, even.
most beings exposed to raw Avarice through the Ring go the Larfleeze route rather than the Paul route. So lack of avarice isn't much of a problem (rational thought on the other hand...)

"That's cute. But the fact is, you are a SHADY organisation working without the approval of the US government that both the president and general Lane are trying to either destroy or make it obey the damn chain of command. You do not only don't have real authority to arrest me. I should be the one arresting you."

Depends on several things.

Ssecret identities are unusual. Most new Orange Lanterns will know of their Sector's Green Lantern.
Families of serving Green Lanterns habitually display a flag with the Green Corps' sigil on it outside their houses. Good luck focusing your will when you're fighting you own assimilated relatives.
Not many Green Lanterns know about Orange Lanterns, and fewer still have gone through the resistance training.
Impared facilities doesn't make them any weaker, just less clever.

Zoat, you made pretty clear you know who wanted his shinnies back.

What other Orange ring users?

They are dead or assimilated by now.

Also about being invulnerable...

"Siniestro, Zeta tube telefrag him."

In that case Paul will have to deal with an extremely angered Green Lantern Corps if the first contact with an Orange Lantern for an unsuspecting GL is getting ambushed by their assimilated loved ones. First thing after forming the official OL Corps will be to gather those rings.
Paul/the Controllers will also have to put in alot of overtime to soothe or pay reparations to the victims of these rampages if they ever want to solicit help from planets in their area of influence.
Also, is this the Orange NIght? Random Orange lanterns flying around assimillating whoever they get their hands on?

No, they interrupted a form of locomotion they knew he used and brought the terminus to them. In order to get a Demons there would have to have been a Demon using a boom tube to go to that specific house.

What makes you say that? The SI pissed Larfleeze off as no one has pissed him off since he got the OCPB, and yet it still took months for Blume to arrive. With Green Lanterns actively coralling Construct Lanterns it is quite possible that others could avoid his notice for considerable periods of time.

Zeta tubes can't be used to telefrag. Also, they might possibly have thought of that.

You better believe it.

No, that was Larfleeze. See, in the original timeline (the one Truggs and Abra come from) the Reach went looking for things that could fight Lanterns. They made representations to Apokolips, Qward and Okaara to try establishing a relationship. It went about as well as you might expect.

Him sharing the same ring color as them hardly makes them his responsibility, though he'll probably accept to fix the problem anyway.

If they want reparations it should come from the people who actually did the damage, OL is indirectly related at best.

We know that OL is the reason the rings escaped Larfleeze's control and consequently the reason for the appearance of other Orange ring users.
In-universe Paul aims to form an official Orange Lantern Corps and one of the first few mountains to climb will be the bad blood between the Green Lanterns that managed to survive the crazed attacks, the official Guardian stance on a lantern corps that attacked them, the random planets that are in chaos due to the Orange Lanterns that lost control, plus the ingrained habits and modes of thought on the lanterns that managed to steal a green battery and assorted assimilated beings and now WANT more.
No matter how good Paul's intentions were, there is a whole galaxy out there that Larfleeze is now interested in. I assume a few more planets joined his assimilated armies and it's a free-for-all assimilation buffet since it's the simplest orange technique (you just need to want enough).

Ring selection criteria have to be an issue. Because if I was an alien, and I knew about who and what Green Lanterns were, and I suddenly got what is an unmistakingly a power ring, but it was orange (and I had no idea what orange rings were)... And there was no lantern, and no instructions, and it worked differently from what I vaguely knew, and was messing with my head at least a bit... I wouldn't immediately plot on how to kill local Green Lantern. I'd be racing to them to ask for help / instruction. Because I'd assume that what I got was a malfunctioning Green Lantern ring, perhaps with a computer virus or something.

We know that OL is the reason the rings escaped Larfleeze's control and consequently the reason for the appearance of other Orange ring users.
That's like saying a driver is responsible for what inmates did during a prison break because he ran into an utility pole that allowed them to escape due to him wanting to dodge someone who jumped in front of his car.
