[X] …in the Supreme Chancellor's office.
My point was moreso that he's not going to drag this crisis out because the jedi will begin loosing faith in the republic. He's fine with Anakin loosing faith that's what this exercise is probably for, but the whole reason Sheev's clone trick worked was because it trapped the Jedi in their role as the official defenders of the republic a more independent order is not something that he will risk for Anakin points. Thus so going to Nabou or especially the Senate kinda has to succeed, imagine what it would do to Sheev's career if the trade federation got away with something like this so blatantly his mandate when he replaced Valorum was that this sort of thing wouldn't happen again. What do you think happens to his career if Padme where to call him out like Valorum. Palpatine probably knows this and so he won't jeopardize his career, instead he will play the sensible chancellor and approve it.[X] …in the Supreme Chancellor's office.
I'll go with it. Its arguable as to whether its a good option or a bad one, really, and its probably both simultaneously. But it at least seems a more useful danger.
It might not win but so be it.
American elections be like.[X] …in the Supreme Chancellor's office.
Its blue so it should be ok
[X] …on Naboo.
While Palps absolutely could stop this, its odds are more than good that he started it in the first place so I doubt any sort of resolutions from him will come without its own poison pill. If the galactic Senate holds to the pattern it is always shown in, I feel like its a guaranteed additional stressor for Anakin when any proposal dies in committee or gets loaded up with so may riders and amendments its unrecognizable and unpassable. Padme, on the other hand, could potentially raise or lower our stress but also help by not only trying to rally the senate from the inside but by waging a hearts and minds propaganda campaign to leverage the Naboo invasion as a parallel to the situation on Kalee.
Honestly, Obi-Wan's love life is so hilarious.
Anakin's out there having a crisis about being tempted by one person to give up being a Jedi to be a romance partner, meanwhile Obi-Wan has, like, 2-4 Love Interests that he agonizes over before repeatedly choosing "Jedi" if you count some of the more obscure people out there.
Hmm. Now, who do we know who'd be very good at making a public spectacle of some corrupt businessmen? Who could give us some personal guidance on how to become a good diplomat?
Ok. Now how about someone who fits those criteria AND who you could safely leave in the presence of minors?
