[X] Plan: Prepare For Avengers With Additional Flavoring!
-[X] [Stone] SHIELD could be seen at the end finding the stone and safeguarding it.
-[X] [Mid-Credit] Yes and I have an idea for it.
--[X] [Mid-Credit] Neal is in his office filing through paperwork when he gets a phone call. He picks up and says; "Hello, this is Neal Saroyan, agent of the renowned Spectacular Wonder Man, how may I help you?" Nick Fury's or Agent Coulson's voice answers; "Hello, Mr. Saroyan. I wish to offer you and your client the opportunity of a lifetime." Neal, not knowing that the man's a SHIELD operative, leans on his office desk and eagerly responds; "I'm listening."
-[X] [Post-Credit] Yes and I have an idea for it.
--[X] [Post-Credit] Luchino Nefaria is visited in his cell by Nick Fury as he's offered the chance to work on the "glowing cube" as Loki observes, and communicates with him, through one of the mirrors.
-[X] [Reshoot] Reshoot to improve a roll.
--[X] Hamish Linklater Screen Presence
--[x] Sean Patrick Flannery Screen Presence
--[X] VFX
-[X] [Scene] Add or change a story element in the movie.
--[X] [Change] Nefaria, through careful planning and cunning, manages to avoid capture and suspicion from the fallout of all the shenanigans of the movie. His hands are clean. No one suspects he is anything more than an extremely intelligent scientist in his field and wealthy nobleman from Italy. (This would change the "visited in his cell" post-credit scene to be a more formal invitation)
I like it. Have Nefaria going "undercover" as a scientist at SHIELD to steal back the power stone. (Perhaps SHIELD 'acquisitioned' the stone from Darcy at the end of this movie)
Maybe specify in the change that Eric Williams is still the CEO and in good standing legally speaking and all. I know it sounds assumed from Nefaria getting away with his schemes but I just want to clarify, as Eric hasn't really done anything bad yet except for pledging his loyalty to Nefaria.

You know what, considering the scene change thing doesn't have a negotiation roll attached to it I think we should specify this to be different.
Perhaps have Nefaria doing a debrief with SHIELD, wearing nerdy glasses, giving a scientific presentation to SHIELD officials on the power stone as one of the world's foremost experts, and then Nick Fury pulling the cube out of his pocket asking "what do you makes of this, then?"

(This would change the "visited in his cell" post-credit scene to be a more formal invitation) Eric Williams has also managed to stay as CEO of his company and is still in good standing legally speaking since his only illegal act has been letting the Maggia join his company and pledging loyalty to Luchino Nefaria.
You decided to go with a different approach this time and reduce your presence while you left the team working on its own. The results were positive as it turns out that you can get results without screaming your head off at the ones who screwed up.
A lesson that you have to constantly repeat to yourself as you see Hamish fumble so badly with the role! He's either too serious that it loops to wooden, or trying to be funny which just has him leaning into TV comedy. There were some improvements, but you can't deny that he's definitely the weak link.
Sean Patrick Flannery Screen Presence: 64 (Reroll)
Sean however has given his full efforts into the role. Unfortunately he's yet to fully recover which makes most of his fight scenes seem a bit stilted, but that didn't stop him from doing his best and giving Arthur Parks the showing it truly deserved. The final fight scene can now finally show the Living Laser fight against Wonder Man as it should be!
…And Scarecrow too, though at this point you think everyone just wants to forget about that.
The changes for the movie were a bit more extensive than expected. Nefaria being captured at the end was already too embedded into the film but a heroic effort was put into it. The results: Eric escaped but is being hunted, and Nefaria being suspected, but not arrested due to his connections. It was the best it could be done without damaging the story.
As for the Post-Credit Scenes, well…
The scene begins with a luxurious apartment where Neal Saroyan is taking many phone calls as they come one after another. Men and women are also seen coming in and dropping documents for him to sign, until...
NEAL SAROYAN: (Picks up ringing phone) Neal Sayoran, manager for LA's own Wonder Man!
AGENT COULSON: …Yes. Mr. Sayoran, we're calling from the Strategic Homela-
NEAL SAROYAN: (Interrupting) Haha! Yeah, sure. You and the 30 others today. Get some new material already. (Hangs up).
AGENT COULSON: (Looking at the disconnected phone): That's a no I guess.
In a tastefully decorated room that one can see is the same where Black Widow reported to the Maggia Leader before.
This time we see Nick Fury (along with a group of agents) and Luchino Nefaria meeting each other.
NEFARIA: Nick fury as I live and breathe! Here to arrest me? You should know by now even SHIELD will have trouble if they try.
FURY: Not as much as you would cause, though that is a moot point now. Whatever you may have been, Maggia has clearly moved on if I could enter without anyone stopping me.
NEFARIA: (Angry, but controlling it) You never know, I might even-
FURY: Let me cut to the chase. You found an energy source incomprehensible to nearly all human minds, and somehow managed to harness it's power, if temporarily, with nothing but your stolen resources.
NEFARIA: (Disrespectfully) Your point?
FURY: (Signals his team as they approach with a briefcase) Congratulations, in exchange for your records to be wiped clean, you've been volunteered (shows the contents of the briefcase; a blue glowing cube)
As Nefaria looks at it in awe we get a shot from one of the mirrors behind him, where we see Loki appear and smile.
LOKI: Well…isn't that something.
NEFARIA: (Slowly smiling)…Well…isn't that something.
Personally, you like it.

Would SHIELD ever just... throw an unknown alien artifact at some scientist though? They're an international spy agency, discretion is their entire deal, and they have their own world renowned scientists on staff. They would also go after someone with a specialty in whatever it is that they're trying to study.
That's why they went for Professor Selvig and basically inducted him into secrecy, he was a professor of theoretical astrophysics. Nefaria wouldn't be as well equipped to study the space stone (which at this point they believe to be some sort of wormhole device, if I remember correctly). Entirely different fields.
Edit: Hah, I suppose it doesn't matter, considering the changes failed to make it through in their entirety... lol
[X] [Reshoot] Delay the movie to reshoot (Negotiation Roll)
-[X] Remove Hamish entirely. Cast the role again with another actor if possible, minimize the role if not.
Hmm I think we need to delay to reshoot just one more time.

--[x] Reroll Hamish Linklater Screen Presence until 50 or higher. Use any additional reshoot points on a +10 boost towards Sean Patrick Flannery
--[x] Reroll Hamish Linklater Screen Presence until 50 or higher. If it's 50-60 use any additional reshoot to boost it by +10. If its 61 or higher use the +10 boost on Sean Patrick Flannery / VFX
May I suggest using the Intense Focus on Sean instead of the VFX? The VFX are perfectly fine as they are, but Sean could use the extra bonus if needed.
