There is no emotion... (A Jedi Order Quest)

A good turn so far always nice too see. Just hope a bunch of the padawans are promoted to knights cause we are in desperate need for more knights.

Did Atton just run into Freedy Fazbears Intergalactic Pizzeria?

...

neat!

and heck, that is several new colonizable temples for us to poke! We're gonna need ro push hard at upping our numbers if we want a chance in hell of colonizing all of those temples and getting our numbers up to something approaching real.

Maybe...

On a different note, I'm actually having a surprisingly hard time trying to figure out what to do with the biology of the Trax. I mean I know a few features I want them to have but how alieny and the look and so on is kicking my ass.

Hmmm...

well, why not work up from the base?

First, what do you want them to be able to do? Then, looking at that, ask yourself what they Need to be able to do what you Want.

Home of the yellow crystals used in Sentinel lightsabers, the Sith butchered the original inhabitants and installed an oligarchic regime, though only after nearly leveling the original temple. Transmissions suggest, however, that they are more willing to negotiate.
Hm, could be a trap.
The Colonists of Telos have sent in reports recently of Rakghoul tracks and cheap holovid images showing the slavering little beasts.
You mean Taris?
-Councilor Atton Rand-

Oh I see how it is.

I get blown up, have my limbs replaced with half-cyber, half-organic cutting edge things, and you think I need to take it easy for a while?

Yeah you're probably right, thanks--
Atton, taking a break? Yeah, right.
Two Padawans decided to get drunk and make idiots of themselves near the farmers of Khoonda.

As their support is essential, it has been decided that the people of Khoonda will see the reparations said padawans make: Public service.
Yeah, make them work the fields.
On the one hand, the Black Cloaks; the Sith descended regime that now dominates the planet; have certainly brutalized the natives. It's grim reading that I would not suggest if you want to keep enjoying your lunch.

On the other hand, the natives have...let me checked...thrown rocks through windows.

As you can see, there is a great moral equivalence here.
Wow, I can just hear the sarcasm.
Nobody's here, except a bunch of absolutely primitive droids designed to entertain children. I'm having real bad flashbacks to Peragus here; I can even feel somebody through the Fo-
FTFY
Reward: Make Contact with the Trax Mandate
Nice, new first contact.
Fuckin...What is it with droids?

One of them tried to attack me while my back was turned, the tubby rust bucket.

Unfortunately, my new arms proved to be a bit spicier than it could handle. I jammed my hand through the top of the thing's mouth, grabbed its servo ridden brain, then squeezed til it popped.

At that point the other Droids all tried to attack us.
Oh no, they found Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria!

Does Bastilla ever talks about Revan as the man she loved and married, not to mention had a child with? By the way, what about their children? Shouldn't we at least keep an eye for in the future if one of the Shan kids wants to become a Jedi like their mother?

Sorry that I'm talking about this, but it really is an interesting subject, since it's only known that of Revan's descendants, Satele Shan became a Jedi.

Jedi Recruitment 3945 BBY Q1
"I have good news and I have bad news master." Zez's image burns over the giant holocom.

"The good news is, with Czerka broken in the Galactic Main, the Domo are finding it much easier to fight off the mercenaries. Their supplies are running low, their ships are starting to lose function.

The bad news is, their leader, Kilya Vil, has proven stubborn. He wants to rule. If we're going to end this, he needs to be stopped, one way or another. We're trying to talk him down but the Domo are losing their patience; so, frankly, am I.

Zez Kyrido, out."

You look up from the report, only to see the new recruits that have arrived; Ysanna among them.

(+12 Initiates, 5 Jedi Sentinels, 3 Jedi Consulars, 3 Jedi Guardians, 22 Padawans; -11 Padawans, -22 Initiates)

Bastila mentioned at one point that her son isn't Force sensitive.

Oh right I forgot they had a kid. Pity it couldn't be the kid of a more interesting parent. Also someone needs to drag Bastila for her taste some time. Like, merciless both-barrels call out. :V

I couldn't manage more than this little scene, but it should at least provide some humor value.

Atton: "You didn't like him for his personality. He didn't have one. It got wiped away by the Jedi Council. No. I know. You liked him for his big, huge, girthy...Force Presence and Force Power. What did you think I was going to say?"

Bastila: "I don't know. I was halfway to asking when it was you saw him in the shower, because..." *eyebrow raise* "some of those words could definitely be used about some of his other features."

Atton: *jawdrop*

Bastila: "Come on now. I've been batting the catcallers away a long time. One of the best ways to do it is to play right into it but twice as hard, tell them that they can't possibly be worth my time, and then walk away while they're still in shock. Now then, if you didn't have any other questions, I'm going to go reminisce about that one lovely day I had with Revan where we meditated together for twelve hours straight."

(I think I'm in-bounds here, but if not I can either edit or delete this if desired.)

Mira: "He probably wore the helmet to bed didn't he?" :V

Bastilla: "........... No comment."

Ok but did Revan wear the helmet to bed tho like a total dork? :V
And did he dispense Kreia-like doublespeak about his philosophical views while smooth jazz was playing? :V :V :V

Unironically yes and unironically no respectively.

Hard to be a champion of the Little Guy when you're so vague people a whole universe away can't figure you out. :V

So I thought I'd explain a bit on how, exactly, the two Infra doctrines work.

More than quantity vs. quality, it is a question of "do we want a diverse, independent, and creative focus for our order (Thousand Sparks); or a united, proactive, and respected order(Hundred Bonfires)?"

Just to put that out there.

Well. That changes my thinking then. I'm for sparks. It's a big galaxy and a lot of different ways of thinking and creativity is how folks like Atton got into this outfit.

On a different, different note:

For ease of record keeping and clarity, I am thinking I will change the prestige class for Jedi Consular from Jedi Master to either Jedi Paladin or Jedi Cleric.

Thoughts?

Really? Jedi Wizard and Jedi Sorcerer were already taken? Jedi Scholar? Jedi Philosopher? Jedi Contemplative?
