Anyways, the other topic - do we want to talk to anyone, and if so about what? Otherwise we could leave ourselves open.
Eh insert usual desire to chat with Surt about the thing, but otherwise...maybe Zaren chat to him about how we keep sticking avernite stuff in his world, or the new supreme Marshal try to ensure a good relationship with her.

Who exactly is commanding the Trust Fleet. Syr is dead, Freyr is dead, Sarnow is still on Averneus. Has Julius taken temporary command or what?

We really should find out who is commanding the fleet.

I asked why Muspelheim in particular is opposed in Discord, and this was the answer:
" they dont like the idea of a part of the trust that is openly more loyal to an external power. they consider it to be bad precedent "

I kind of agree with that. While the VG might support Secondus in the event of some highly unlikely conflict, they aren't openly more loyal to them than the Trust. Groups that are expected to join the Trust should at least be proclaiming to actually join it. And considering the CCs are only ever going to number 500 them joining isn't likely to be a huge impact anyways.

We could hold our decision until we can throw a divination on the fate of the crimsion crusaders chapter- if they're reasonable or dead we can take the first option and if they're crazy we can take the second.

@Durin
1. Are these rationales accurate:
Asgard, Astartes - Understand wanting to be loyal to be someone else (Feudal style and VG-Gulliman precedent)
Security Council, Alfheim - Just wants the better military.
Mechanicus, Low Council - Wants the precedent of being openly loyal to someone else.

Inquisition - Paranoia
Muspelheim, Midgard - Doesn't want the precedent
Vanaheim - Doesn't want another group with special powers/rights in the Trust
Jotunheim - ??? (Following Muspelheim I guess)

Nilfheim - Never votes

I can't really imagine a situation where the VG would have to be forced to choose between their Primarch and the Trust given we're so far away (and that we'd probably support Gulliman at significant cost to ourselves anyway).

2. The B.Dragons are fusing with the Trust, what are their views on the Crimson Crusader matter, same as the Astartes I guess?

Honestly, I dont really Like the fact that some Lore Bits and decision-important Infos are relaxed on Discord only at First

IT runs the risk of creating a two-class society between those that have First Access to crucial Intel and those that dont.

Sure, I could Just Join the Server AS well, but that wouldnt Help in the end.

Because even If everyone joined this Server, WE still have different timezones, which would worsen any valuable Info getting buried under Mountains of memes and the Like thanks to how much Taster convos are moving

Peace is Hell
Peace is Hell

Iron Father Kiev Mitson was leanring new forms of hatred and frustration. But frustration was a weakness that must be purged from him. He had crashed landed here 6 months ago and still no rescue had come. His cruiser had been traveling to deal with a ork waagh when a warp storm had thrown him off course and his cruiser had crashed on these planet. When he woke up he learned new hatred being the only surior as his crew died becasue of flooding after hitting a ocean. All he had on him was his suit and his Mechadentrite as he tried to swim to shore. these weakness in himself and weakness of his crew for dying from crashing into a ocean brought him to a new level of hatred that he had never experience before now. For he had landed on a paradise world that had no technology.
Temperature was optimal, perception was within normal parameters, no reading of toxins in air or water supply, lush green vegetation everywhere, small animals, and a high pollen count from the colorful flowers was the only problem on these planet. He had not seen one large predator on these planet nor has there been any kind of struggle. These world was far from Medusa and it's wonderful environment where you could test yourself against the world ever day. Here there was no struggle , no battles to be fought or technology to find. But the local humans were the most frustrating of all people with there constant brining him of food and offers to attend a celebration.

They were peace loving fools who had no sacred technology other than a wheel, a spear and there strang huts made from the local trees. The spears did not even have metal they were just pointy sticks used to hunt. " Hey maan you got sum choice threads and what" were the first words he heard from the locals mouth. While the local human specimens were of impressive stature they were peace loving and used diplomacy first and only resorted to violence as a last resort. Those utter fools with there signing of peace and worshiping a great creator that seemed to be some form of worshipped for the Emperor.

He has to teach them how to find certain rocks and than smelt the ores so he could build a boat. He refused to try to use one of there little boats because of there size not because he fell into the water and his bionics got wet. The rites of maintenance has taken the especially long because of the salt water in the ocean and when he returned the local had decorated his gear and precious Mechanendrite in flowers and colorful dies. Than he had to teach the locals how to tan animal hides so they could gather hides fro him. He had to convince the local women to sew him a suit since any threat of violence caused the locals to flee as soon as he turned his back. There were especially cunning in navigating these world and using boats. But after 6 months of work he got a smelter up and running, teaching the locals to smith and form sheets of iron alloys, he had a bit big enough for himself. Boat 4 would be successful since Boat 1 sank through lack of properly welded seems, Boat 2 had hit a reef on the first test and the less said about Boat 3 the better. Now all he had to do was learn to sail a boat so he could began scared salvage rites of where his cruiser had crashed landed by himself. He could finally get off these planet when he got enough communication gear to contact someone off these hellish world of peace.

@Durin so a little omake series I kind of adopted and thinking of continuing . Essentially a Iron Father Lands of a world that had been colonize by peace loving Moari and has to learn to deal with peace on a paradise world with no technology.

We still have different time zones no matter what platform we're on, and there aren't that many memes most of the time...

@Nurgle I suggest getting a beta reader on that, as I think whatever text/doc/word program you are using is fucked, and not in the autocorrupt sense (that at least would be humorous). Your first sentence should read "Iron Father Kiev Mitson was learning new forms of hatred and frustration." for example. If you did this on your phone, I suggest syncing with Google drive so you could use Gdocs to work on your phone then clean up on your computer at home. I understand getting an idea and wanting to do it quick before you forget, but that doesn't mean you need post it immediately.

Besides that, i like the implementation of the idea. Though, why a Iron Hands Techmarine Iron Father in particular? Iron Hands are heavily tied to the Ad Mech, so are particularly stringent about Technology. Also, it's going to be a massive fucking bitch to maintain his bionics when his only resources are the wreckage he rode in on.

Most of my writing will happen from my phone because my job involves driving and selling slightly overpriced medical equipment, so thanks for the suggestion. I wanted to get it down as quick as possible because if I don't I will procrastinate or get busy doing something else. I think I typed these out in like 12 minutes.

Iron fathers besides possible being tech heretics who innovate are taught to hate and live a life of constant struggle and warfare that they are suppose to overcome to show there worth. While the bionics will be a hassle I wanted to show how he will have to overcome the problems by teaching the local humans so he can to try to get off a paradise world.

Gods do I know this feeling.

I'm thinking having them as allies would be better. We're not gonna be going on the offensive for 50 years thanks to our colony plan and the nearby powers are in no condition to offend either. It'd be more economical to save the resources instead of spending them on the puppets of foreign masters.
What is it with SV and control freak issues? I men I get the rational that it would set a bad precedent to give too much to external forces who are openly loyal to an outer power and even agree to that. I don't get why you had to say it in such a negative way and just seems like you are being petty with insults about them still having a allegiance to their chapter master while being a crusading force and immediately bowing down to a power that they just met which is actually reasonable and understandable for them.

You put your support behind the creation of the Imperial Trust Collage of War allowing it to pass unanimously. Then you start putting forward your proposals.
One thing to remember about this is that it makes the Imperial Trust College of War a single point of failure for the Thrust Fleets & Militaries if it becomes corrupted and/or Alpha infiltrated.

This needs to be handled.

I have assumed the Inquisition will always/forever be monitoring the shit out of the College like everything else.

[X] Plan Marines and Asgard
- [x] Support the First Crimson Crusaders option

I think these has to do more with Quintor's personal Loyalty than with anything else. Also unless the chapter master can get a message to him I don't see these being a problem.

-[X] Meet with Sigrun and find out if she would support a Executive council. Also try to better understand her and get a better feel on her personality.

we have never talked to Sigrun and I want to see why she believes we need a feudal council. Since she is a more combat oriented governor I think it would be easy to convince her for a executive council to better respond to enemies and campaigns. Which means all we would need is more vote to get the exec

Even if that happens, what's it going to say?

"Take over the polity?"

No at best its likely to be "Swell, keep up the good work brother I am so happy you're still alive" at worst it'll be "Alright we need you back ASAP, PS So happy you're somehow still alive!"

Yeah how would he even get a message to him? He have to ask the eldar and the way we are with minor favors I don't see that happening anytime soon. Also how would they even get back? We are on the other side of the galaxy and he have to go through the Dark Imperium to get to them.

Also they're with Baal with whom the Eldar do not have a good relationship, so even if they got the minor favour to ask, the Blood Angels could well tell them to piss off.
