When another minor favor becomes available to get Ridicully a permeant seer council for divination. Avernus offering psyker hunting and the trust military adopting anti psyker techniques. Also it is 2 minor favors to clear dragons nest. It is just being clear on the wording.Rids ain't an eldar

Other suggestions but you don't need too using the major favor to gain eldar warp drives so we can travel faster. Our offer to the eldar to use Avernus as a distraction for the eldar when the time Comes and ask for support.

Also we don't have to send a full fleet considering losses but we could send a small fleet to meet Lancre halfway? Escort them back and increase their chances without using a favor.

Already got the seer thing and offering psyker hunter expertise, I'll hold off on the anti psyker techniques cause I cannot for the life of me see that having not already happened.

As I understand it they're more inquisitors, but even then we have a fleet and an exploration ship might as well use it.
Also dragon's nest has a rogue trader who has a large fleet and it be a good way to do a cooperative operation together.

The issue with this is that unless we can specifically cause a Nurgle daemon invasion then it doesn't seem like it would actually help much with freeing Isha. Also should we maybe use this opportunity to try to get people to pitch in to have Avernus get Banishment wards added to all their cities all at least several of them considering that we would be the one eating the cost for this ourselves? Would help immensely with the invasion itself.
We actually can specifically cause a Nurgle great god of love invasion because of Ridicully and his blessing of Isha.
the problem with the banishment ruins is it would take a significant cost to the trust as a whole to fund them. They are ridiculous expensive and the cost would prevent us from donning other things we need to do.
Well, we can. Rids just needs to show his Blessing of Isha to any Nurgle daemon, and we'll have an Incursion in no time.
It is a minor favor for the trust. No idea how much it will cost after the merger.

I'd rather not since we already spent a huge amount of time on security measures to the point that we should be able to handle them ourselves. That and favors are expensive and usually only saved for this we couldn't acquire otherwise.

Kay how about asking the Eldar to help us here? They seem like they would be able to call in a few favor and we are doing them a colossal favor here by being willing to help free their goddess by willingly taking a chaos invasion to the face and get on Nurgle's shit list as well.
The problem is it is resources that they may not have but yeah when the times comes I believe we will have prepared the field as best we can. But I do not want to use obvious eldar tech or techniques so that they will stay as long as possible on Avernus.
edit I am not saying we won't have eldar forces it just we don't want to make it obvious by using eldar tech right off the bat.

I mean the Eldar likely have a lot of favors owed to them by other polities and we just need resources to get the wards and maintain them for at least our most important cities.
The problem is that what we need is EM and as far as I know the trust produces the most em in Pacificus. The only other paces would be the conclave but they need there EM too. But I expect we may be pull off when the time comes. It will just be more of the preparation phase than what we are doing now.
