Maybe we can find a worthy administratum worker, up and coming, and send them over to help lead in the uplifiting of the dragon's nest to our full level. That way we might finally have an advisor one day with higher administration than us. That should help us fix most of the deficits.

I really want to find out what is going on with Sanguinus. but since people have argued before I am compromising waht I want and doing it on the free divination. There is alot of Narrative weight with Sanguinius being brought back to life. He knew is was going to die from a vision, Konrad told him he was going to die, and the Empereor also saw he was going to die. So he willing sacrificed himself so others may live. I believe his soul is captured and the curses are a result of chaos trying to corrupt him.

Instead of boost psyker hunter wards, maybe protection rune focus? It gives better bonuses while being much cheaper and takes less time.
 
Ok there is one thing we need to do at some point soon. We need to take the one turn needed for Ridcully to try and find the primal warp. It would more then likely be a game changer.
 
Hello. I wish to make a proposal for psyker hunting though is coul affect pop growth as well;

Psyker Midwives or psyker hunting in the cradle where biomancy specialised psykers or a group of psyker hunters would be employed in hospitals to seek out and identify psykers potentially from the moment they are born and in the former case assist with the birth itself to prevent complications potentially leading to a minor increase in birth rate.
Psykers, particularly those above beta are ticking time bombs that can cause significant damage when they go of if not found and diffused, the sooner the better and there is no sooner then potentially prenatal identification.

We don't have enough psykers for that and already screen everyone at the genetic levels for psykers.
 
Economic Focus (Thrones), Admin Shakeup and Education reviews are a must. We cannot guarantee that we will pull out of our deficit with new trade so unless we want stuff to start shutting down we need to try and get positive on thrones for the turn. It also is a bad idea to force us to go max thrones as that can put us into trade debt. With several years of admin actions we should use those to boost Throne production this turn and in the future (fill up admin slots with the three actions at least one of each, probably throw our one year of open personal actions on it as well).

I tend to duck out into read only during the combat phases, for turns depends on when it drops and how busy I am.

Looking at it Rotbart has the best chance for Education Review and Admin Shakeup, Education Review is the tougher of the two so using the personal on that is a good idea even if it finishes next turn. That leaves a 3 year admin slot and a 1 year admin slot for the three year do an admin shakeup with a double down (40%+20% DD + 30% Isaac) for a 90% pass chance and then two economic focus throne year 5 at 80% pass chance each. That should help stem the bleeding hopefully. Beyond that we have to look at taking actions that avoid throne upkeep, and take the military actions that we get a rebate on.

I will do that but you do know that these will be the last turn in these thread? We will be starting a new thread and a time skip.
 
I don't follow the discussion that closely, the numbers game is bit heavy for me for one reason, but I think it might be a good idea to finish the Legio Cybernetica before the Mechanicus Civil War kicks off. The firepower and (likely) high loyalty would be a boon for Scott and her forces. It's obviously not an option this turn, or even next turn, but I think's something to consider.
