Yes we would but again Titan warhound has a higher chance of success and we are more likely to be able to use it these century.

This was also the case for Xavier, since he was deployed before he actually passed testing due the Necron bullshit. But Xavier had the advantage of crit-failing his instability, so wasn't much of a risk.Besides Ophelia you mean, we buffed her chance by a large amount if I remember, through omakes and special actions.
But the other policies have a larger chance of having been working on the Warhound than personal void shields as well.Yes we would but again Titan warhound has a higher chance of success and we are more likely to be able to use it these century.
True about Xavier, which is also kinda part of my point. So I was figuring a omake to help a potential future hero couldn't hurt. This was also the case for Xavier, since he was deployed before he actually passed testing due the Necron bullshit. Decades' worth of travel away, as in they could show up in the Trust in Sparks, but not here.
Than we should ask the council to use a minor favor to get them here.Decades' worth of travel away, as in they could show up in the Trust in Sparks, but not here.
democracy would just mean that the person with the highest diplomacy would win. Which, isn't really that helpful for us.I'd prefer republican democracy for a successive political system. If that seems too radical for Avernus, then constitutional monarchy (or whatever equivalent) as a temporary compromise.
Democracy only chooses what is most popular not what is needed. A democracy would not have mandatory militia training on top of a 40 hour work week. I can go on but democracy is a horrible flawed system.I'd prefer republican democracy for a successive political system. If that seems too radical for Avernus, then constitutional monarchy (or whatever equivalent) as a temporary compromise.

While I like the plan as a whole I do want Fred to have the first year off as Durins invisible stress meter is likely pretty high and I would like to make sure that doesn't get too high.Alright, here's my plan draft...
Munitorum
SLOT A - Year 3
-Y3: Recruit: Helguard
Void Command
SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1: Combine Shipyards: Gargantuan
This is too expensive to expedite for only a year off, IMO.
Administratum
SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1: Expand (Mirkwood) to Small Hive
-- EXPEDITE YEAR 1
SLOT B - Year 3
-Y3: Expand (Asmat) to Small Hive
-- EXPEDITE YEAR 3
Diplomacy
SLOT A - Year 2
-Y2: New Lord-Marshal of the Aesir
-Y3: Ear to the Ground (Dragon's Nest Merger)
-Y4:
-Y5:
Still debating on things here.
Arbites
SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1-Y4: Greater Psyker Hunting
-Y5: Counter-Intelligence
AdMech
SLOT A - Year 5 (Explorator)
-Y5: Titan Design: Avernus-Pattern Warhound Titan
SLOT B - Year 1 (Fabricator-General)
-Y1: Another
-Y2: Large Titan Manufactorum
SLOT C - Year 3 (Free)
-Y3: Grand Cathedral of the Omnissiah: Annwn
With Annwn finishing it's expansion, we can build the other Grand Cathedral type, which we really should start on ASAP to get more AM. Unfortunately, we can only afford to do that OR expand another Forge City this turn. I think it's best we do this one first.
Astra Telepathica
SLOT A - Year 3 (Ridcully)
-Y3: Greater Divination (Chaos Ritual Details)
-- DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 3
-Y4: Greater Divination (AdMech Civil War)
-- DOUBLE DOWN YEAR 4
-Y5: Research: Black Crystal Items (Bracers)
SLOT B - Year 3 (Tamia)
-Y3: Implement (Rune of Protection)
-Y5: Anti-Blood God Powers: Countering
SLOT C - Year 2 (Aria)
-Y2: Bloom Bees
SLOT D - Free Divination
-Y?: Greater Divination (Chaos Ritual Details)
Personal
SLOT A - Year 1
-Y1: Personal Attention: Advanced Power Armour: Helguard Trooper Regiments
SLOT B - Year 3
-Y3: Construction Expertise: Expand (Babylon) to Small Hive
SLOT C - Year 1
-Y1: Y1-Y4: Gubernaturial Succession: Sound Out (Asgard, Byzantium, Muspelheim, Midgard)
-Y5: Mending the Relationship (Apologize to Tormod for the things you said that you shouldn't have. Talk to him about his grandmother, about how badly it affected both you and Syr, how helpless it made you feel. You loved her too much to even consider remarrying. Part of you wants to respect her wishes with regards to succession, and another part of you is terrified of losing your connections to her. Syr's death brought a lot of that to the forefront of your mind, and you handled it badly. You're scared of losing Tormod too. You want him to be happy, to have a chance at a wife and children of his own, but you're not going to force anything and will respect his decisions.)
Well, made the best write-in I could. I think the big thing is to make Tormod see why Rotbart was thinking about that, since the man has never met his grandmother. Fred's lost a lot of people, but he was never as much of a wreck as after Freya died. It'll be good for giving Tormod some perspective, and good for Fred to talk about it to someone.
Which is why constitutionalism exists.democracy would just mean that the person with the highest diplomacy would win. Which, isn't really that helpful for us.
@Enjou we need to build another mobile research platform than we can take a multiyear action to automate there building.
also why are you asking people not on Avernus on how Avernus should have it should choose it's successor?
as for the grand cathedral we need to build the large forge there first before we build the huge forge.
@Enjou @Nurgle Would it be possible to replace the Advanced Power Armor with the Harvester Heltrooper Regiments? Those tanks are exactly what we need to deal with a quantitative disadvantage with the amount of firepower they can bring, and next turn we can use the opened up Munitorum slot to start the Helguard armor project if we have the resources for it still and no pressing concerns.
If I would have to pin down where Avernus government policy currently stands and compare it too history examples I would compare it too 'enlightened absolutism' of the late European monarchs.Which is why constitutionalism exists.
Besides, monarchic efficiency is a myrh. Instead of dealing with constituents, kings had to deal with the demands of nobility. Autocratic hereditary dictatorship, meanwhile, is hardly sustainable and exists without any of the necessary checks and balances to help avoid civil conflict.
I'm not necessarily calling for an ideal democracy to succeed Rotbart, but on the merits of constitutionality as opposed to dictatorial autocracy, primogeniture or otherwise.
As Slaneesh's existence demonstrates.
I am doing it because the Hellguard need it to survive. We have taken serious casualties twice in 2 decades. We need them to have better armor so they gain veterens instead of dying horrible.@Enjou @Nurgle Would it be possible to replace the Advanced Power Armor with the Harvester Heltrooper Regiments? I'd prefer republican democracy for a successive political system. If that seems too radical for Avernus, then constitutional monarchy (or whatever equivalent) as a temporary compromise.
As mentioned democracy does have a number of issues. It's just usually the lesser of evils when it comes to political system. That said we have been doing just fine without it and as shown it seems like it would make a lot more sense to have the people in charge like Rotbart who we control who we know is extremely competent with centuries of experience would have good reason to have a big say in who his successor is.Which is why constitutionalism exists.
Besides, monarchic efficiency is a myth. Instead of dealing with constituents, kings had to deal with the demands of nobility. Autocratic hereditary dictatorship, meanwhile, is hardly sustainable and exists without any of the necessary checks and balances to help avoid civil conflict in the event of a succession crisis or mass unpopularity.

The main reason they are dying is because they are usually outnumbered rather than outgunned, getting fire support that can mow down vast swathes of mooks while also being able to give support against tanks would help them massively. 6 Very Heavy Weapon mount hover tanks. I agree that the Elite armor will boost their survival, but for now that is only for the infantry while the tanks could theoretically support all of them while the Heltroopers also get regiments to support them.I am doing it because the Hellguard need it to survive. We have taken serious casualties twice in 2 decades. We need them to have better armor so they gain veterens instead of dying horrible.
