[X] Deploy Imperial Trust Titan Hunters- A mix of Fellswords, Northern Sentinels and Knight-Titans should be enough to take out the Bio-Titans, though not without losses.
[X] Send Reinforcements when needed- While the troops lost will hurt the time brought by the reinforcements is worth it. Current
[X] Move the Ordinatus Grábakr forward- You have a large force of your greatest warriors guarding it including an entire Eldar Titan Legion, the risk is low.
[X] Deploy Super-Elites- Between your Helguard, your Psykers, the Eldar and the Astartes you have a massive force of elites, even a tithe of them will stiffen your defences significantly. Current
[X] Use new general poison as soon as Tyranids adapt but save bio-titan poison

The Ordinatus is meant for this battle basically. It was built specifically to fight tyranids and it should be well defended against them. If it gets destroyed quickly in the battle it was designed for it wasn't useful in the first place. Which I would personally find very amusing because I thought it a waste of very valuable mechanicus time. Even if it gets destroyed it's less of a long term loss than all the forces already dying since those forces will be useful in future battles while the Ordinatus won't be.

They have titans that can teleport between regions. They can attack the Ordinatus before it's even deployed when no one is ready for it, so it could be destroyed without even being deployed. Better to actually get some use out of it.

We are fighting a delaying action. We delay.

On the long distance titan teleportation you suspect that it has some sort of restrictions that explain why they are not teleporting past your lines.maybe a period of vulnerability like the naval version

@Durin, found something that may be relevant to the Isha mission.

Unfortunately by the events of The End Times, though the Shallyites preach otherwise, Nurgle is the stronger of the two, and has imprisoned her in his pestilent kitchen, forcing her into slavery as the "Poxfulcrum", a distorted daemon upon whom Nurgle tests all of his latest plagues and concoctions before potentially deploying them to the mortal world. Isha takes this role in 40K. Assuming he doesn't have both of them. Papa Nurgle's love is enough for everyone. Ugh.

During the End Times Araloth and Kalara make a dangerous trip into the Realm of Chaos at the behest of Lileath. Kalara takes Shallya's place as the Poxfulcrum to keep Nurgle deceived, whilst Araloth helps Shallya escape, allowing her to aid in curing Taal and thus breaking Nurgle's currently powerful grip on the mortal world.
The idea would be that if it's possible, the Empire of Ashes could place a decoy in Isha's place when they rescue her so that by the time Nurgle's aware of Isha's escape, it'll be too late for him to stop it.

It may be possible but would be hard, you saw just how hard it was for Ridcully to reach Isha and even then as soon as he touched the door the alarm was raised
Basically they would need a chosen of Isha (the Everqueen) to act as decoy and their has not been one for a long time

that would be a hilarous turn-around tho if Isha manages to sneak a everqueen-chosen past nurgle's cage :p

guys, I feel the need to remind you that we have 2 lines past this, and this is our weakest line. we don't want to use all our aces in the first line, this is an endurance match not a sprint. I feel we should hold onto the ordnatus at least.

Remember that we have to hold out for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3, and that this is only the first two weeks.

Time is our ally in this war. We want to drag things out as much as possible (while avoiding heavy losses). The Tyranids are the ones going for speed and big flashy pushes. Our biggest aces should be kept in reserve for defensive and reactive maneuvers (ie countering breakthroughs and enemy surprises) rather than the proactive deployments you'd use on an offensive campaign.

If we hold onto the Ordinatus until the 'nids have reached our primary defences then hit them with it and our heros and our remaining poisons we can throw so many new problems at the 'nids they will struggle to adapt to them all and we can keep the hive mind playing catchup whilst the clock ticks down.
