The conservative Admech will take it but last I asked it will not increase unrest.
Quartus is in trouble and we are helping them or at least Shard,Enjou and mine Plan is
it's under informational post Imperial trust. It takes who our allies are and what favors are owned.
When did you ask last? I remember a post that they would really dislike it, and the situation is pretty volatile as it is.

Yeah, I remember those posts, but I don't remember "It won't increase unrest".
It's one of those things that will increase our speed enough the Admech will not care too much. The problem is that we have a radicalized Admech since they are loosing ground so fast.
@Durin if we ask the Eldar to tech us how to build their warp engines and required knowledge will that increase unrest.

We don't have poison samples, and I doubt the Varangian Guard would let us poke around with their geneseed, provided that even works.
@Durin, can we use a minor favor to get rid of the Dragon's Nest infiltrators right now, or are the Eldar too busy?

@Shard @Enjou @Nurgle I suggestion for one of the Great divination Actions, we should probably use one of those to learn where the Fortress of the soulless, that way we can send Lin there to negotiate an alliance with the Assasin temples next turn, it may be difficult but if there is any diplomat that can pull that of It´s Lin.
We will need a double down for that. I am expecting it to be as high as the deciever so -150 To rolls since they are filled with blanks. This turn we cannot roll for that without loosing a double down somewhere important.
