Here is a strange thought.

Considering how psychically powerful the Slaan are and how Avernus is growing in number and power of psykers, perhaps their DNA is being integrated with ours.

Just thought. Might be completely wrong.
Eldar DNA would probably be easier to integrate while also increasing psyker numbers. Not that hard to do given that at least one human has canonically pulled it off.

Turn One Hundred and Twenty-Eight Results
Three Hundred and Sixty-Five years since the Founding of Avernus
Decent turn, no major issues.

Sirens are really getting aggravating.

From what he can gather the two Lizardmen Empires have been warring with each other since the War in Heaven, when the ruling caste was wiped out.
Looks like they ran out of Slann. Interesting that Avernus hasn't provided replacements.

Oh my.

He found twenty-five fleets in total, two in Ultima, six in Obscurus, nine in Pacificus, seven in Tempestus and the remaining one in Solar. From what he can tell around half of the fleets are headed into the territory of a power large enough to wipe them out, but the remaining dozen are potential problems, inducing no less then four in Pacificus.
Well sod. Looks like Nid quest isn't going to end just yet.

Hoooo boy, the Alphas are starting to pile up. Soon they're going to exceed the rate at which our heroes can mentor, and by then I hope we have a cadre of veteran Alphas with enough experience to do that sort of thing passively.
Pretty sure Mentoring applies to all psykers of the chosen level.

Also, if the tyranids fight the imperial trust they stand a good chance of losing. If they were to avoid us they could happily pass us by munching on chaos and Orks. I wonder if they know this...

I wonder if we should try and tell them.
NOPE! Nope nope nope. We want these bugs dead a lot more than we want to avoid casualties. Nids have insane snowball potential.

Inquisitor Klovis-Ultan spent a year getting into contact with the Sirens to the east of Duat. These Sirens reside deep in the oceans and have a reputation among their kin as great smiths and skilled warriors. They are currently not willing to trade you any of their knowledge though they are willing to enchant equipment for you using their mastery of runes in exchange for technological knowledge.
It's like a reverse soul trade but with tech.

Waagh Ironbusta has finally been thrown back by the efforts of Amir-Ka, though they failed to kill the Warlord himself, who returned to his domains swearing that he will be back.

Waaaagh Bloodbusta has finished conquering the worlds once held by Turpq, and is now engaging with the forces of The More'lumix's Realm, along with varies other chaotic powers who have, mostly, united against a mutual threat.

well at least now Amir-Ka can delay the Tyranids for a bit unless they can get other chaotic powers to help them and Waaaagh Bloodbusta will thinning out the chaotic powers armies and navies so we dont have to worry about any attacks while we deal with the Tyranids

Can someone come up with a definitive list of possible research topics for Lin, ranked according to usefulness and difficulty? It would help a lot in terms of knowing how to make the most use of him in future plans, and so that we can have the best possible chance of getting him to Transcendent Piety and possibly curing him.

Low risk (do freely, intermix with world cleansing if the DDs don't line up, no DD required):
1. Elder Pantheon
2. Sanginour
3. Malal
4. Primarchs (already on plans)
5. Curses
6. True names

High risk (wait until the vault is done, must at least DD, TD if possible):
1. Primordial Sea
2. Well of Eternity

So this is the list I put together so far. Still not sure about the order. I think asking Durin would qualify as a "what should we do" kind of question, though.

I hope the recent split between anti-horde and anti-elite won't come back to bite us in the ass seeing how the Tyranids seemingly rely on force concentration over hordes now.

Also, we have confirmation from Discord that the Primordial Sea diplomacy bonuses will likely carry over to potential Well of Eternity research, and that hitting Transcendent will extend Lin's life, possibly making him immortal (Q: Around how long? A: forever?). The answer to getting the siren smiths to be more open is just to trade like this for a while until they trust us more ("proving yourselves trusworthy over time and buying some stuff from them").
