The Fourth Emergency High Council Meeting Part Five: Finishing Up
The Fourth Emergency High Council Meeting Part Five: Finishing Up

With your support the second proposal passed though the High Council, ensuring that Dragon's Nest will have access to all of your tier 1 and 2 technology along with most of your Tier 3 Technology and the Tier 4 technology that is intended for use by Astartes. Given enough time this should be able to bring them to nearly the same level of technology as the Imperial Trust, making them a far more powerful ally. In the short them the better equipment for the Blood Dragon's and the external torpedo launchers alone should have a major impact on their combat power.

Once this debate finished the emergency High Council Meeting came to an end, and the various attendees returned home to prepare for the war.

Screams in fear.

Prepares shot gun.

@Durin
1. From our avernite expert's experience (Vlad, Areatha, Sphinx etc.) how long do we have before we see a new explosion of nid inspired critters?
2. Did the tech we give include Corvus's geneseed notes?

So we have what 40 years or so before the fighting starts in our neck of the woods right?

@Durin
1. About how much larger can the Blood Dragons grow in that time?

@Durin

1. Since we worked out a deal with them last turn and now we have samples, do we still need a diplomacy action for the Nynyne begin work on the poison (after Ridcully is done using it as a focus)?
2. How long is the poison making process expected to take?
3. How many years/decades does Klovis-Ultan have left?

oooh good point about 3....we need klovis-ultan to find a good replacement for himself. and maybei introduce another member of the inquisition too while hes at it. (we want connections alrihgt?)

We have 105 years till Klovis dies. We have time to find a replacement.
I thought it was 100ish years since he recently got his last effective dose of anti-aging.

and that was like...2-3 turns ago? ish???

and furthermore, hes not going to be all that effective the last 10-20 years or so....probably.

so its probably closer to like 50-70 years ISH..

and the more time we give to klovis training his replacement the less disruption to things there will be.

We took the Nyne offer which gave him another 30 years. It been 25 years since we found out he was dying and he said he had a century left.

Except the Avernites, who went home to continue fighting their Eternal War.

Guessing we can kiss goodbye to our Void and Personal actions for the next few turns.

Well, a replacement Diplomacy advisor at least. Replacing a friendly Inquisitor is a vastly more difficult task.

Maybe Jacob be Klovis-Ultan's successor, the kid is prime Inquisitor material, and his Diplomacy and Intrigue are just as good.
......this is not a terrable idea......or maybe jane honestly.

then again I could see people arguing that inquisitors should not work in the place they were raised as they need to be dis-tached from where they work

...then again inquisitors as a organization don't really make sense.

By the way, is there any way to improve the chances of passing a trait to Tormod in the spend time actions? I heard that it gets harder after age 18 (is that true?).

I think its more so that it gets harder as their stats increase, IE: once he hits high 10's low 20's spend actions won't do much....if I remember durins post on the matter right.

So, what are we having Lin do to burn time before the vault is done (in exactly two turns, if we don't roll a 1 or something)? More world cleansings is one thing, but what (relatively safe thing) are we going to study? Also, let's start spending some of those diplomatic actions getting help for the Primordial Sea action.
