He is the only one available this turn right that is why he is doing it?

I don't think this is required. The Technomancy Order is already the kind of thing that would be a joint project between them. I would ask Durin just to be save.

Maybe the action to build mass conveyors and escorts since I don't think we ever recovered our escort number.

I think the action to build mass conveyors and escorts since I don't think we ever recovered our escort number would be better for now.

We are now 4000- 14000 years away from the Rebirth of the Emperor. Lin dying will do something it is heavily implied. We don't know what but it might have something to do with all the time he spends with the orphans. It will not make the Emperor return though.
Ok first recommend for creating the Technomancy order

Second the conveyor option is a construction option we have to take under the construction slot which is being used to repairs the fleet. I am expanding the shipyards because we need to increase our shipyards because it takes so long to repair our ships after a war. Even with the -25 percent time to repair we have a lot of ships and few shipyards.

Divining mars is divining the dragon.
That is more semantics than anything. I do not believe the dragon is a whole planet and that focusing on the dragon would be harder.

I meant that Xavier is the only Grandmaster not doing anything else so that is why he can do the order not that he should do something else.

I would do the sound out for sending troops to help the Eldar fight the destroyer and to get some help setting up the Psy-Knights.
Because it was recommended to create a technomancy order as soon as we can.

Yeah I'm not saying to do something else it was just a comment on have the only one free doing it because he was free to do it. That is it.

Very well to follow your line of reasoning the divination of useful information for the destroyer war will be even easier, since Rids isn't divining the Destroyer directly, he's divining the war and information pertaining too it, not the thing directly, potentially not even close to it.

That's not what I am saying and please do not insinuate that I am. I am divining the destroyer plans which I think would be helpful to the Tau and Secundus.

@Durin

1. Is an Order of Psi Throne Mechanicum needed/wanted for our Psi Knight project or does it fall under the Order of Technomancy?
1. it is needed. Psi Throne Mechanicum use is very different from Technomancy
@Durin
1. The psyker sheet hasn't been updated in a while. Do we have any Alphas coming up this turn?
2. If we do a greater divination on the Destroyer's plans will the Eldar ferry the info over to Secundus and the Tau?
1. there is not
2. yes
You know, for all the talk about Avernus' honorific lethality we have an awful lot of people reaching old age.

Shame about klovis. He has been a staunch ally and a good friend.

@Durin
Think you missed this question, posted it before you closed the vote.
1. maybe
2. most of them
That was for mars not the destroyer. But
@Durin what is the penalty for divining the Destroyer?
unknown

This is what you critiqued Enjou for wanting to divine unless he changed it in an edit I missed.
-Y?: Greater Divination (Destroyer War - useful intel)

This what said critique was.
@Enjou any C'tan has a -150 to Ridicully 159 if we divine them we need to do it as a normal action and double down.

He too is divining plans not the C'tan.

I'm not insinuating anything, you made the statement how else am I meant to interpret it?

Divining the Destroyer has a unknown malus but the highest we have ver seen is 150. I am assuming it will be as high and we should do the action in a normal turn year with a double down since we can not double down on th free divination.

I could always use suggestions for this section.
For starters, I'd like to suggest asking the Nynye for some kind of life extension thing for Klovis-Ultan. Durin said it's something we can do and that it'd extend his life for a few decades. It's important to get this done early before his stats start dipping from old age, which they may have already begun doing for all we know.

I think we should ask Vlad and possibly Areatha if they'd be willing to do science. They've both got very high Learning and would be valuable to our research efforts if they took the time to learn. They're both Ancients so they out of everyone would be the only ones freely allowed to innovate, which is a valuable thing.

We have yet to get the character sheets of the twins.

-Y5: Write In: Take a Vacation
While I do agree that Frederick should take a vacation, I disagree on it only being a few weeks. Instead, I think you should clear out an entire year where he does nothing but vacate. That means no Personal Attention either.

This seems like an unreasonable assumption, the -150 was against the Deceiver a being so good at hiding that a success against it counted as a step down the path of ascension and is acknowledged as one of the beings in universe with the highest level of intrigue in the top 3 no less along with Tzeench and Cheogorath as I recall.

What's more its not targeting the Destroyer itself, where we could reasonably expect a high malus, but nothing even close to the Deciever's.

A malus is likely, but nothing so drastic as to take an entire year of rids actions and a double down that should preferably go somewhere else.

I always assume the worst with a unknown so I am prepared for the fallout. You should know this by now we have been playing this quest for years.

I would like to suggest to ask Arethea if she knows anyone that can help Lin with the Primal Warp. Avernus was created by the Old Ones and there may be beings capable that were alive before the Warp was so thoroughly fucked in the War of Heaven.

A few things @Durin

1 IF we get the location of the Fortress of the Soulless, we can use an Eldar favor to send Lin there. How much will cost us to organize the Trip with both Lin and Corax (since he is both the Sneaky Primarch and the Geneticist)? Or if that is not possible, can we pass the intel to him?
2 Would Avernus allow to lend the BCJ to the Ultramarines, to fight the Destroyer (since the BCS was designed to kill C´Tan)?
3 Would Arethea be willing to fight that Destroyer?
4 Do we know if the Tech trade has given the Imperium Secundus and the Tau a decent fighting chance against the Destroyer? What would have been the situation if the Tech Trade didn´t happen?
5 Do we know anything about the Eldar plans of rescuing Isha? Because the Imperium Secundus kind of needs Guiliman ASAP.

I'm pretty sure that Avernus would not appreciate us just handing out any BCJ to anyone even if it is the Necrons and would be pissed if we tried. Odds are extremely good that they would even come face to face with the Destroyer itself. Areatha also doesn't really have strong opinions on the Necrons and don't seem to have actually heard of them until she met us. Should also point out that said war could last untold hundreds of years instead of just a few years like some people may be assuming.

But the thing is that if Avernus (being Weapon´s Lab of the Old Ones) has for philosophy FUCK CHAOS, it should have a hate-boner ten times bigger for the C´tan, that basically brought the Old Ones to extinction. So MAYBE and just MAYBE, the planetmind would allow it.

Especially since Chaos was indirectly the C'Tan's fault for starting the War in Heaven to begin with.
