Ah, yeah, I thought as much. I was really hoping for something that would help me to visualise what the galaxy currently looks like, and where everyone is, but alas.
Taking the same map as in Regional Map threadmark, very approximate locations of other powers would be here.
Again, this is more to help visualize whereabouts in the galaxy other powers are, not their actual form, size or location.

Wow, we're a lot closer to the Eye of Terror than I'd like to be. Or anyone would like to be really.

The biggest thing saving us is that there is nothing of value around the trust. The trust is in the middle of no where near anything of value or importance.

The Crucible is a trophy, what do the Chaos gods get by actually owning it? Releasing the Unborn? The Beast of Extinction or whatever its called?
Its a place for Daemons to prove themselves and to throw away useless pawns.
Well its also scary to them.

If it decided too it could apparently take the galaxy and chaos with it if it were to fall.

Meh. We are probably going to get robbed blind in this attempt to be stupid Good. But whatever. I don't really care.

1. I assume the generous decision is informed by the ambassadors saying they don't expect we'll be screwed? At least by their best guesses.

Am surprised that some people want to hold back tech.

Was the plan not to offer all that we have for all of theirs?

As we have a higher tech level, that wouldn't happed if we insisted on equivalent exchange.

Though frankly, I would gift the tech to them even if they had none that we don't. The galaxy, and humanity, needs it.

Also, remember when we gave that knight titan STC to Asgard? We would not leave that meeting empty handed even then.

Ok so looking at the numbers after a night and some morning of sleep if the Waagh comes at us we will be alright. The things to worry about are few. That after centuries the whole force will be veterans. While there will be veterans I do not see them being as dangerous as Mar Sara. So unless the warboss goes round and gets a lot of the minor orks boys inthe region don't see it being more than a mild threat.

Also since I have gotten some sleep we may want to get a subsidy for the upkeep of the Admech forces or hold it off for as long as possible. That upkeep of 8.5 million Am is going to hurt.

If it's only a mild threat there's a good chance they won't even come at us. Orks can predict a good fight and them all getting murdered quick sharp isn't a good fight.

I would like to point out that orks love a impossible fight so that they can prove how orky they are. Also the ork boss can be anywhere from Garkill to that stupid one that is a demon ork. Right now it is a toss up between Amirka and the Trust.
