This was difficult. I'd like the Y2 DD to go to Y2 Explorator, but that'd mean delaying Abomination to Y3. Not bad on its own, but it'd mean Malal would need to be delayed to Y4 in order to get its own DD. The only other alternative was getting both Y3 to do Abomination, but that's very inefficient and not really worth it given Lin's issues. At least this way we get more god research done sooner. I'm doing Malal because I think studying all the Chaos Gods before doing Chaos would give the best results, inferring from Lin's newest trait.

1. What level of Alkhestry knowledge would we need to try and make permanent enhancements to a human? Trial of the grasses Witcher kinda deal.
2. Can blanks drink Alkhestrical potions without consequence?
3. Are blanks resistant to Death's Hand venom?
4. According to Areatha what separates a rune and a true rune aside from needing Rune masters of incredible skill specialised in the making of one rune?
5. Do any of the blank hunters use Last Hunter augments?

So what exactly are true runes? Heard about them but don't remember them being mentioned before.
We don't know.

They're in the runic bomb Areatha gave to Ridcully which if he uses it should apparently stall Nurgle for a few seconds, so powerful (although that will be in the warp and remember, warp+rune=over charge!)

They also seem to be very exacting in who can make them.

So, super runes to my knowledge.

It's been mentioned before, but you can't expedite the blank/void integration actions for the Arbites, as Expedite is a construction-only action. On the other hand, you can get both done this while having her do max psyker hunting by starting one in Y1 slot A and the other in Y3 slot B.

New assistant should be slot D with Rotbart, so we can do something more useful than the Spend time with actions.

Personal Attention should be doing different things with the different slots, as the vast majority of the time a second action is worth far more than a +20 to the roll.

For Ministorum actions, I'd suggest doing two separate gods and staggering them, as without further bonuses beyond what we have the odds of critting remain minuscule even with the 'extra' action spent for a further +20, and it's more action-efficient to work in parallel.

All of the above are fairly cut and dried optimization suggestions, with the options given basically strictly superior. The next few are more suggestions.

Some people have brought up seeing if the Mycanids (or however they're spelled) have anything to offer for the Nurgle adventure, which seems well worth a diplo action.

We don't need to do the Vault action this turn. As long as Lin remains alive long enough, the longer we put it off the better, as it's only direct benefit is ensuring that the knowledge does not die with him, whereas other projects will increase our military/economic capabilities from as soon as they are completed to forever. Yes, delaying it too long is playing with fire, but given that we're practically guaranteed to face a major battle in the next ten years or so sacrificing a bit of our preparations for long-term security in order to improve our short term situation seems reasonable.

2. yes but they have a reduced effect, how reduced depends on the level of Blank
3. to same parts of it, it combvines several deadly conventional venons, sevral pure warp venons and is more then the sum of its parets
4. everything. a rune is calling on connections within the Warp, a True Rune is writing in the First Language to alter the Warp
5. the Druger uses a variation of it
 
I'm making my own plan now, but you guys should note that Xavier and Aria start their actions on Year 5 rather than Year 4.
 
Food is more important than metal. Now that our metal exports are so high a decrease in availability of metal from another source really doesn't negatively impact the Trust, and it would actually positively impact us by raising the trade value of metal and help us get out of debt. Jotun still gets a vote on the council even if they're reduced by 90%. There's no weighting of council votes dependent on strength. I don't really see any reason that Dark Mech getting a population of Jotun matters. Dark Mech don't care about the intelligence of their minions, and Jotun are basically just Ogryn with intelligence

The metal exports of jotunheim are still a massive amount. That metal is needed for the ship yards we can't supply them by ourselves even with the expanding mines. However much we gain in increase price the Trust loses in production.
 
Did we ever divine Lion El'Jonson? I know we did a general divination on loyalist Primarchs, but I don't remember if he showed up among them.
 
Firstly yes we should be doing the vault it is a big project with huge costs that we need to get out of the way before anyone goes for more shinies.
Secondly I do not think we can research the stygia as we are not in contact with the time buggering place.

2. If we get warning of Turoq's attacks, will our non-Ridcully heroes be automatically taken off their projects to fight back?
3. How come we don't use penal legions? Their benefits outweigh their costs which is why the Imperium used them, and Imperial-era explosive collars are a good solution to most of the issues of using prisoner soldiers. Besides that, their expendibility is valuable to us in ways that it wasn't to the Imperium, namely through powerful augments and alkahestry enhancements that shorten their lifespan and such. Those things are a bad fit for regular soldiers, but good fits for the living missiles that penal legionaries could be. Lives are the Emperor's currency, so it's heresy to waste lives on execution when they could still be used in the Emperor's service.

3. on Avernus it is because your elite forces rely to much on being able to trust the man beside them utterly, deploying unreliable criminals causes issues. Also you have the Black irons. Otherwise they are not being used as much in large part because combat equipment and transport has gotten more expensive, so deploying substandard troopers is more expensive for the return

@Enjou, according to Durin on the Discord, we might be able to ask the Mycenids to produce some kind of vaccine to help immunize Ridcully against some of the dangers he might encounter in the Plague God's domain. You should probably list asking them for it as a diplomacy action.

Scott will start building the vault in Y5 to go along with Aria's action. I'm doing Another for Y4 to get closer to the number we need for the research facilities to explore regions on their own. They'd be a huge time saver once we get to that point, and will provide (admittedly diminishing) bonuses until then.

I vaguely remember Durin saying that he doesn't like doing more than two conversation partners per turn, so I brought them down to the two that weren't Saint Lin. Lin is hyper-focused on Nurgle, as the last turn said, so it's not a good idea to interrupt him at this juncture.
