If we have the time thinking that we should finish exploring the DAoT ruins since we would have more tech to trade with the other human polities which would be valuable. And since it was noted tha these ruins were the smallest thinking it wouldn't take that long to explore them.

@Durin

1) Wasn't there supposed to be an action to explore the last ruins on the moon for DAoT?

there is nothing left in them

Man I am seriously surprised that Jane sneaking up on and killing an Alpha + didn't get her a trait. I think we should use a divination or two diving the Rokslide and/or the route we're going to take to it since every little bit would help for that.

Here's some preliminary work on a plan.

Departmento Munitorum (1 three year action)
***Prepare for Expedition [two types, cheap action]
***Blank Training Assistance: Departmento Munitorum [free]

Helheim Void Command (1 Five year, 1 one year)
(5) Orbital Hospitals and Nurseries
(1)???
***Attack Craft is expensive.
Adeptus Administratum (1 three year)
Expand Mine: Eracura (Signe's recommendation)
*** Tyrant Lizard Pens, please, hold off on this. I know that the las cannon T-Rex is badass, but we need to focus on our economy this turn.

Diplomacy (1 five years)
*** The Eldar are willing to facilitate a meeting with the Krork, themselves, Callamus, Quartus Imperium, the Tau, and the Imperium Secundus
***We should send messengers out to them before we have a meeting with them. This is 60 Cr with the human polities. It would cost 200 Cr to host a meeting with all of them.
*** We have Ridcully's report on Callamus (45,236), Vulkan (45,226) (May not qualify as the Quartus Imperium), Ultramar (45,000) (May not count as Imperium Secundus). These reports may not be recent enough for the council to accept negotiations to begin.
***We have stated that we will trade Quartok Tech to the Nynye, to no objections on the Council.. This is enough to acquire Master level knowledge, and to purchase the Royal recipes.
***Less relevant, but we have an Exemplar Minor Battle Psyker. This guy is 1 in 200+ Grandmaster Minor Battle Psykers. Just think of how badass our psykers are, and then get several hundred Grandmasters together, and have them point out who is the most badass of them all! I would like their character sheet.
*** Areatha may be delayed for 8 years. We succeed on a request for anti-chaos tricks, but it has been delayed because she is working with the Nynye on Jacob's cure.

(y1) Nynye Trade (Quartok Tech for Master Knowledge and Royal Recipes)
(y2) Persons of Interest (The Exemplar)
(y3) Sound out (
*** Suggestions please

Adeptus Arbites (2 Five Years)
(A)Y1 Last Hunter Deployment
(A)Y3 Blank Training Assitance: Jane Oakhear
(B) Master Last Hunters

Adeptus Mechanicus (Explorator 5 Years, no Biologis, 3 Fabricator years, 1 full flex action)
***Explorator's preparation begins in Y4.
***Consider Mind Catcher?
***Fabricator can begin Cathedral of the Omnissiah in Erecura in Y3. Scott's action is not needed for the Expedition
Adeptus Ministorum (1 five year, 1 three year)
(A) y3 Transcendent Gods
(B) Cleanse Worlds

Adeptus Astra Telepathica (Full Ridcully, Fully Tamia, Fully Aria, 3 Xavier years)
Ridcully
Battle Psker Deployment
*** Needs an action
Free Divination (Imperium Secundus)

Xavier
Y3 Blank Training Assistance: Battle Psyker
***Poor Xavier

Aria
Ward Task Force

Tamia
Ward Well of Urd
*** HOLY SHIT THAT IS A LOT OF RELIC MATERIAl

Personal (1 five year, 1 four year)

@Durin
1. Where is the "Build the Quartok a new city" option?
2. We have Ridcully's report on Callamus, Vulkan himself, and Ultramar. Is this enough divination knowledge to proceed with the Eldar meeting? (Mainly, is it good enough for the Council?)
3. Is divining "negotiating leverage" possible, with the human polities?
4. Are trade talks with the Sirens possible?
5. Since we got permission from the High Council to do the Nynye tech trade, do we need permission from them to do a seperate deal with the Sirens?
6. Will there be an emergency High Council Meeting to approve the Eldar deal, or is it voting by mail?
7. We're going up against Tzeentchian psykers, and all Avernites hate chaos. Could we ask the Sirens to ward our elite's armor?
8. What about our meeting with Inquisitor Lord Varquez? Do we wait for him to contact us, or should we spend a personal action to spend time with thim?
9. Did we tell Inquisitor Lord Klovis-Ultan?
10. Are the Sirens interested in the Quartok's tech? What action would we need to spend to check?
11. Is Areatha available, or is she focusing on the Alkahestery?
12. Can we send both Jane and the Last Hunters to train the Blanks, or is sending Jane herself technically all the options?
13. This isn't a question, but damn do we have a lot of work to do.
14. What year does the Free Divination occur in?

@Durin
1. Given that the Eldar likely have hundreds if not millions of artefacts and captured daemons and the like that they have no way of permanently destroying can we offer to...well destroy them with the black crystal blade as payment.
2. Will leasing our soldiers let us increase their veterancy/get lessons learned from the survivors?
3. What is the Council's reaction to us contacting the Tau and Krork (I think the Eldar we're allowed to contact as we know they've got DAoT tech.)

On the lack of stuff in the ruins I have a :(, they were meant to be the biggest.

1. Not available this turn
2. You need a new one on Ultrimar, your current one is over 200 years old
3. You can try
4. Yes, for what?
5. No, for what?
6. Voting by mail
7. You can ask
8. You suspect that he was considering letting you in on Blanks
9 you can
10. No, insufficantly waterproof
11. Not avail I'd for any short of emergency
13. You can send both
15. Random

1. They have found ways
2. With luck
3. Tau very bad, Kronos bad

1. They have found ways
Ones that are as quick and efficient as the BCB...huh.

3. Tau very bad, Kronos bad
Kronos? I love your auto corrupt.

But gottit, Eldar and the three humans fine, Krork and Tau not fine.

@Durin
1. Just to check when they ask for Ridcully's greater divination, are we allowed to use his free divination for the job?
2. How quickly would we have to give them the vision?
3. Would we also get the information from this vision?
4. Also why are the Tau very bad, but the Krork only bad?

Sorry if this has been asked.

1. Yes
2. You would have to dedicate x within the next 50 years
3. Yes
4, because the Mechanicus has grudges with the Tau and have never encounter the Krork

Archmagos Biologis Maximal has upgraded War Machine (+6C, -1D, less likely to die) into trait Engine of Destuction (+1M, +9C, -1D)- After yet another brush with death Archmagos Biologis Maximal decided to replace his body with a archeotech cybernetic war machine. Thanks to continues upgrades whenever Avernus tries to kill him with something new it has turned into a living work of destructive art.

Goddamit Avernus, again?!? Stop trying to kill our biologis damnit!

I would've thought the millennia of war with the Imperium followed by their centuries of war with one of the last bastions of humanity would be the main reason there's such antipathy for the Tau.
I dunno about for the tau, but said last bastion of humanity is currently in a truce with the Tau and is destined to ally with them against the Destroyer, so I'd say they'll get along ok...ish.

@Durin
1. Can we sling some greater divinations the way of Rokslide, for example divine the safest or quickest route there,
1i. divine potential dangers along the way
1ii. divine ways to shut down the facilities defences?
