1. yopu couldWe should try to get our and other depts to us below the million mark.
@Durin
1. Can we buy ships from Vanaheim for the Trust?
2. What is the bank on credits for us with the Trust? I beliefe to remember we had some with it for warding or selling ships to it.
3. What would Vanaheims reaction be to get below the million mark with us?
I don't think we do since we are only selling half of what we produce.I'm working on selling the Juvenat. I haven't added up our Cr totals yet, but we meet demand for Juvenat and Advanced Juvenat, but we have to ration out the Hyper Advanced Juvenat!
I meant that HAJ is barely half of our demand.I don't think we do since we are only selling half of what we produce.
Can you make it so we could comment? Or let us edit it?Does anyone have the costs for the knight titans? I have the juve nat calcs in for the balance sheet and the EM and AM columns are done, the other mats are work in progress. Also vanheim ships will have a separate sheet that has not been created yet to avoid bloat on the trade sheet.
Also if someone wants to double check and make sure I entered everything that would be great, the trade sheet should be finished at this time, credit balance and balance sheet needs most formulas in still. Sheet is here
I have opened it up to comments here , I don't like opening up to edits as it is too easy for someone to change something without realizing it. Credit balance is now done, balance sheet is done, trade sheet is done. I think only thing left is creating the sheet for the vanheim ship purchases.
It does not make sense for Avernus to make ships when Vanaheim can literally make 20 times what we do. These has been brought up before but in order to start selling ships we would have to massively increase our shipyards.@Durin
1 can we sell ships to other worlds? Either new construction or our current escorts.
I know that's vanaheim's niche, but we do have some yardspace and need the credits.
It's frustrating to me that we need credits, often have idle shipyard space, and don't use use it except for repairs or building orbital defenses(which are honestly getting too extensive, considering they either never get attacked or get totally wiped out no matter what). It does not make sense for Avernus to make ships when Vanaheim can literally make 20 times what we do. are escorts have not recovered from the war of two fronts still. That war really caused a lot of damage to us.It's frustrating to me that we need credits, often have idle shipyard space, and don't use use it except for repairs or building orbital defenses(which are honestly getting too extensive, considering they either never get attacked or get totally wiped out no matter what).
Never mind maybe lowering naval upkeep by getting rid of the thousands of escorts we have that our naval doctrine no longer calls for except as scouts and pickets.
agreed, which is why we make sure to draw the enemies attention away from it whenever we get attacked. Judging by the avernus orbitals, they'd get wiped though, no matter how extensively we build them up.are escorts have not recovered from the war of two fronts still. We have to protect the moon. More than half of the heaven inustry is there. Also most of the population growth.

@Durin 1what ships does Sarnow think we need? 2 do you have a estimate of ship numbers?
@Durin1. 100 Heavy Crusiers and 1,000 Escort Cruisers (after tithe)
2. 10 Grand Crusiers, 50 Heavy Cruisers, 70 Cruisers, 40 Escort Cruisers, 15 light Cruisers, 900 Escorts
Not enough for me think expanding them further is worthwhile, because if we get seriously challenged the fleet abandons them to hide on the moon. They don't have nearly the same effect when acting unsupported. Which means they tend to be overpriced compared to their effect when placed over avernus.Their job is to be ablative armor and to weaken enemy fleets before they have a chance to touch down. They get wrecked a lot, sure, but how many roks have they destroyed over the years?
