We don't get to know the survival rolls of anyone save Ridcully.
Hell the only survivor we can confirm is Kairos Tzeench's visair and I think it failed it's sanity test.

It had sanity to fail? As a greater demon is it not per definition insane (in the way of its aspect)?
Chaos Gods are too big do move around like that, they are more locations in the Warp than distinct beings.

Daemons can be made insane. The Ordo Malleus could even torture Daemonettes to the point of insanity.
