Wait, so we don't even own our own Navy? Well, I guess that might change once the Imperium collapses. Though if the local Administratum ask for their ships back at that point, they'll probably have the firepower to make that stick...

The only one of our 'advisers' that we're in charge of is Henry. Everyone else is part of allied organisations and is actually our superior in their subject of expertise.

We're part of the Administratum, the Navy is part of the Imperial Fleet that answers first to the Sector's Lord Admiral, then to the Segmentum's Lord High Admiral. Getting to know the first of these is probably a good idea.

We still order the Inquisitor around in picking what he does working for us. :p

Who says the inquisitor isn't doing projects with their own resources? /paranoia

I for one, think the main reason we get choices is because the inquisitor wants them all done(eventually) and is just requestioning resources from us for that purpose to conserve inquisitorial resources.

Yeah, it's not like he's assassinating any other Planetary Governors or anything.

Well, also his position as our primary diplomat is his cover, so in order to make the illusion real he has to actually do the job.

Hey guys? Can we try to open relations with Jotunhiem this turn? I'm hoping we can pick up some ogryns for our population sooner rather then later. Having a solid percentage of our population would be to our benefit.

Having a population of really strong and really loyal Ogryns on Avernus would have lots of benefits and with our education system we can teach them to be smarter than they appear.

Squats are abhumans, not xenos!

I wish we could get some too...

I was saying since Squats are out of reach if we suddenly are ok with xenos we can get space dwarves from the Demiurg.

We can always try and get a population of Ratlings and maybe enough Sqauts that are in the Imperial Guard that are a big enough population to survive as a whole on Avernus.

Problem with Inquisitors are that they are
Fuck dwarves. I want catgirls on Avernus. Let`s ask our Inquisitor friend where is the nearest world with a catgirls population and trade some Impalers for a sizable chunk of them, or something.
Actually, does Warhammer have populations of humans who have decided to splice animal features in their DNA? I can of see it happening, but the traits are probably not inheritable or there would have been more mention of them.

There is still superhuman engineering and selective done in some lines. Usually for the rich families that can afford it, but that is more of a Captain America package.

No. Such things don't happen. The incompetent king that ruled Alfheim tripped and fell onto a bullet. Any implications that the Inquisition had anything to do with it is dangerous heresy, and they will not be held responsible for any similar accidents that will befall you should you continue down this line of conversation.

Yes, but most examples are from the Dark Age of Technology. Felinids are one possible example.

No. Demiurgs are aliens, Squats are abhumans. The former are allied with the Tau, in some fashion.

I imagine we'd want to station the Ogryn in Avernus's Spine due to the mountainous terrain and the like, but where would we want to station the ratlings? I'm inclined towards around Hollin, but I could also see them playing nice with the laser dinos.

But Ogryns first, as they're in-sector and probably more immediately useful.

Ratlings, much like the Squats, were rather depopulated by the Tyranids in the 41st Millennium due to their homeworlds being attacked. I wouldn't be surprised if they're extinct by now.
