@Durin
1.Do we still get a (miniscule) income from tourism.
2.Do we still get an income from that trading goods building we made?
because both paid situational instead of flatline.
1. yes
2. yes
@Durin
1 Are the runes currently on offer all the ones they have, all the ones they are willing to sell or all the ones currently on offer with more to be added?
2 Do the conservative governors have an opinion on upgraded Titans? Particularly in light of our upgraded power armour?
3 Which would the Quartok like more: a new city, making their current city bigger, an orbital habitat or a city on the iceball planet in our system?
1. the ones currently on offer
2. no they do not and consider it a matter for the Mechanicus
3. a new city

@Durin

1. How common is Perfectly Sane for psykers?
2. How common is it for a psyker to have both Perfectly Sane and Pure of Mind and Soul?
3. You said it was possible for Ridcully to go into the hall of Gork and Mork, but that there was no pressing need to. (As a side note, Ridcully has gained the Oracle trait since you answered that question.) Does the orks' imminent power boost count as a pressing need?
1. ranging from 10% in minor psykers to 0.1% in Beta's
2. as psykers get more powerful most perfectly sane psykers are Pure of Mind and Soul
3. possibly, will provide the option

Ode to Warp
Ode to Warp

See a world alive,
Here, sleeping in a story,
Dreaming of a dream.

The silent singer,
The unseeing word-writer,
Together, a weave.

A song writes my life,
A weave of stanzas and tunes,
A whole more than parts.

Each note comes to play,
All the words come together,
For a tale to tell.

---

Dreaming in a dream,
Sleeping in a story here,
I see a world live.

The lines come entwined,
The unwritten story told,
An unsung song sung,

I write a song here,
Bridging all the words and lines,
Each piece in it's place.

See the plot played out,
Watch the threads all reach their ends,
It all comes to be.

*shrug* I didn't really spend any time thinking about their history.

I'm getting the feeling that they are one of those civilisations that lived outside of the light of the Astronomican even in the Age of the Imperium. There is no way the Imperium would have let them survive as they are. Their gods especially are a deal breaker.

They are pretty cool, though PoC is showing through a lot.

Shouldn't the dragon blood and other human factions get a military upgrade. To both land and naval to be able to avoid huge casualties, similar to how the dark eldar campaign turn out, especially since they face a extinction level event,

Are they getting power armor, weapons that the avernite have or at least weapons on par with the imperial trust.

We are giving them an upgrade (DAoT defence cruiser + its tech ect) and a massive boost to production as well as the Royal Basilisk, the astartes are also getting the upgraded PA.

Apart from that no.

We have to keep some advantages for ourselves.

They're a much larger polity, they've got a much higher chance of survival any how.

Even then dumping all our tech on them is a waste of time, there's at best 40 years before the Green Tide comes and it took us (a single planet) decades to get it this stuff implemented properly and Midgard centuries to retool with the new tech.

Could be that they were behind a warp storm for a long time and only came out after the Abomination's birth. Might be that they simply were never discovered.

In my defence, I tried coming up with other ideas for how the elhed would be, but they either didn't come or weren't as good as the ones from PoC.

Just reread my omake and I realised just how much I took from PoC. I thought I'd done more original stuff than that. It's gone now.
