I:18+3=21- Syr has been trained in stealth and espionage by Jane, one of the greatest masters of these arts from a young age. She has learned much from these lessons ad is skilled in both of these arts.
A:15+10=25- Syr has been trained from a young age to take over the governorship of Avernus, as such she has developed a great deal of administrative skill.
L: 17+5=22- Syr has received a full Avernite military education, and has an deep understanding of war as well as a good general education.

Syr is currently the highest martial stat in Avernus outside of Frederick himself.

Well the ITG is also going to be expanded greatly over time so her time in service coupled with her performance will hopefully make her a admiral in the ITG.

Which will mean we'll mean we switch her career again this time to the adminatorium to make her a key policy maker in Fredericks Government.

Didn't Ridcully say that the enchancement will last for a few years before reverting back to normal, so won't focussing on fleet battles be more advantageous, since thay have to come to us, from a long way, so isn't it enough to cripple their fleet, get orbital supremacy and strand them on their planets, wait out their powerups than start colonizing their planets.

just as a comment on the earlier discussion about using destructive frequencies to purge Chaos taint, I should remind you that removing a single frequency from a psychic power causing it to either collapse or something weird to happen, if you could pull off the same to a soul it is liekly similar to having a Sirens feeding being interrupted at best,

In that case would it be theoretically possible to tailor-create a new destructive frequency to fight the new reduced state of Chaos taint, and repeatedly do that until no taint remains?

My read on that is more that as far as psychic shit goes while we're finally out of the 'hit with rock' level of the tech tree, we've only advanced to 'make wheel' things. Which is certainly an improvement, but fixing chaos corruption in a living soul is more 'cure cancer'-level shit.

i think you misunderstand, it is possible to reduce a chaos taint on the soul but only by doing crippling damage to said soul, by the time there is no Chaos taint there is a good chance that there won't be much soul left either, and their are far easier ways to get near soulless husks

Before I start do we have some idea what 'pure of mind' is? the person is more certain of what he/she is? can we study that to see if we can have more people like that (to the people that only need one more % to get the 'pure')

Just to check, in warhammer souls heals? our saint can purge curses, making them return to the original stat( at last the stat are telling me that, it can have all of hide check for all we know), so with time and are more controlled destructive frequency (I mean weaker and that cause leas damage) can we revert the damage or at last control it for a time like we do with cancer (and maybe give a option other than 100% death to unwilled 'cultists' even if one in 1000 'purifications' survives?).

Example: subject A has be taint be chaos with just enough 'dirt' to become a 'Cultists' and because he was faithful to the trust he turn himself.

So Usually we would make a trial, take all the information to how that happen, give the emperor version of 'Extreme anointing'? then we make him sleep and kill him (and burn him)?.
Now with destruction:
we put him in wards and etc, we put him to sleep (after the trial and the prayers), use a psyker (that have 'pure of mind') to do a divination (to how the warp presence of the person was before) and another to 'read' his biological Measurements (since there will be mutations, I think) and then we use controlled destructive frequency in the area with the greatest concentration of chaos (and remove the mutation with fire and etc or treat like 'supercancer'), we stop and either put him to sleep, or we 'wait' until he soul heal enough and repeat all the Process. This would be more or less what I would do, probably don't work that easily (or people would do this already).
And I think that even if was harder that this the Eldar to successful heal. they would not need to put their souls in object to avoid one of the chaos god so if the 'elfs' could not deal with this why we could? (the rule of awesome don't count)

the issue with this is that chaos taint is on the soul more then the body, so what you would be doing is attempting to amputate bits of the soul with a rather inpricise instimente, best case result would be something close to a bad lobotomy, usual result would be coma, death would not be to unlikely
in other words messing around with souls is an incredibly difficult, incredibly dangerous art that you have no way of doing safely without relevant paragon trait (such as Saint)
