did we get a booster in the past with using better communications to do the diplomacy actions? maybe we can start to use PR in general? like since the new Neo-Astropaths are avernists (for the most part since there is others with spykers powers in the truest but not so many neo-astropaths, i think) we can make that is mandatory for them receive some form of PR training, since most of them will have some type of disorder (other that what they get for being a avernite) so the high rankers that use their service don't get a bad impression of us.
we can also use the expansion of the 10 planets of the trust to make our people blend with the other colonies (a.k.a. send a people to all the planets even if mean 10 people per planet). You can say whatever you want about the avernites, but when there so many orcs/demons/ and other stuff closer to your cozy home, but you will want a avernite neighbor to go full rambo in those things. Also with a PR we can chance some what their view of us, to a 'more extreme fit (most of them are), nice (or helpful) good guy that really should not be annoyed'.

I assume not, but the planet that trade avernites soldiers with us have the same view of the others of the trust (the space marines don't count)?

Can we see the tipe of profile that people that leave Avernus usualy get (for example rich people or crazy people)? I think that a little control with that we can shape a least some what of how we are seeing.

[X] Add stealth sub-specialisation

[X] Plan Elder Haman Turn 91

Have we had any ruling that the nifleheim hypnotic training devices were not allowed for general education? If not, then I would prefer to switch out educational review with finding if those machines can accelerate the learning of those of our students too young for our other teaching machine.

Generally, that kind of educational upgrade offers a 25% bonus and doesn't fail once we know it's possible.

Well, it's not listed as an option.

So you'd have to convince durin to allow it.

So if you ask durin and he gives us an option to use it I'll include it.

@Durin

1) can we make a write-in action to determine the viability of the nifleheim teaching machines for improving our educational system?

You know we don't even use the Dark-age knowledge implantation chairs for our standard education—all of that is confined to limited use at the Collegia and University level, and it costs a pretty penny in AM.

While it would probably be possible to step up usage there and in general, I'd say that they fall somewhere between Juvenat and power armor in how widely we can deploy them—use on/with true elites is a no-brainer, and using it with people that are either particularly useful in general or those that would give major dividends from having it would be a good idea, but population-wide deployment wouldn't be cost-effective even if we could afford it.

Besides, we know that knowledge implantation and psykerness do not mix well. Let's not tempt fate here.

I think a big part of the reason that knowledge implantation chairs are only used at the higher levels of education is simply the fact that no one younger than 24 can safely use them and by the time they're old enough they're participating in higher education courses.

It may be too expensive to use, but since we don't have numbers on that we might as well make sure of it.

The nifleheim machines use a different method than the knowledge implantation chairs. They have to, or they wouldn't be safe for young people. We can't assume they interact with psykers in the same way.

1. What level of defence is Constantinople at the moment?
2. Has the Guard started on their second generation of recruits?
3. Is Muspelhiem willing to release the design of the armour of their Fire Giants?
Fire Gains wear suits of ancient power armor with some resemblance to Terminator Armour.
4. Who's admin score is better Byzantium or ours?

Imperial Trust Systems
Last updated: End of Turn 90
1. Why isn't Avernus included in this list? It's almost like it isn't a part of the Imperial Trust, but a mystical tenth planet that is a part of the Trust.

2. Where would I go on the thread to see Avernus's most updated stat sheet, or is that information spread out among many different posts? Asking, because I would like to see the Avernus version of the simplified data on the imperial Trust Systems post, but don't know if it exists.

It isn't on the list because we live on it/control it and thus need a more detailed break down here, the trust systems is just for that, the other systems of the trust, most of their sheets are not up to date either (because we only recieve an update to them on a re-investigation)

Its not completely up to date, but more than close enough and should tell you what you want along with the other pages in the information section.

Not as far as I am aware.

1. Will we get next turn the option of resize the Recon Advanced Power Armor for Aspirants?
2. Have you decided wether Dragons Nest has Terminator Armor? (I ask because you said Tranth could try to design an advanced version of it if he would have an exemplar. I know that the Space Marines would need to ask for it)
