put here some (bad) ideas to enter the time valley.
or,perhaps, a supreme talent oracule plus a demonology specialist working together (hum maybe the super hunter has gone there? his profile say that he did go to lands other that the 'civilized' ones) , we can throw people (still a terrible thing to do) at this problem and even ask them to create a map (nope) and see the types of creatures, doing this all options at same time or trying hard enough probably will give us some results, is better than to try to go find the old ones station. Since going there is a option and the people in the dark age of Technology had enter there (with the power of bullshition but).
At very last we can later throw some spacemarine in there, they don't die from older age, so either they win or they die (still a bad idea since they are probably going for their death)

Does a Navigator have a better chance? that place look like some kind of warp (from the time effect) and in the dark age they didn't have Navigators, the problem with this solution is that was this easy they would already done that, so i don't know how we can access that place without the power of RNGs.

I will note that this is Avenus, so if it don't want us there, we will encounter trouble after trouble, but if is that bad Ridculos will go nopenopenope like he does when we try to purge our true enemy from this lands (the spiders).

About the spider everything reasonable to do was already done (all our people are competent so probably yes)? like removing places at homes where they could go hide (small holes and etc), having beds that they can't hide inside or that have Chemicals inside of it? make people sleep with one person awake and armed closer, i know that I am being ridiculous in this, but that place have multiple creatures that can literally ignore walls so if i was a avernite (soon to be a dead one since I suck at survival) i would buy a place to live with all my family/friends and make turn to guard when living our lives is more resonable to sleep and expect to awake with the super predators comes.

Ophelia’s New Life
Ophelia's New Life

It feels like the dream that I've dreamed for years has finally come true. Tears fall from my eyes onto the ground and my new instructors collectively shed tears with me as their arms embrace me. Years of work of studying, meditation, breath control, and exercise have returned to me beautiful fruit. No one can take away what I've done. Not the untold number of voices in my head who say they can wait for my soul, not the Inquisitorial Strike Team that was on stand by in case I failed, and not myself. That last person had a lot of doubts.

I won't lie.

The ordeal to become a fully ordained sanctioned Psyker is perilous road filled with unfairness and difficulties. I for one had to go forward knowing my parents didn't even want to know about me. They waived custodianship at 2 and even at 18 as a Servant of the Emperor they refuse to acknowledge me. It hurts me.

But I have taken an oath. I will not fall to the predations of chaos. I will love my comrades and protect my people like Grand Master Tamia did. I will wreck battlefields like Grand Master Xavier. I will be the most dependable Psyker such as Master Ridculy, and lastly. I, Ophelia Jameson, will take on the task to bring about change to the Telepathica. I will help usher in a new era of stable psykers on Avernus that will be respected and beloved fighters. So that future psykers will not be thrown away on the streets seconds away from going over the edge and exchanging there life to some monster or another. I am convinced that I am very lucky and that I should have died alone while blowing up a city. Thankfully I am not and now I can do whatever possible so that the others who are gifted will not have to.

A few ideas to consider for next turn:

Vortex torpedos. Based on the bonus Tranth has for the shieldbreakers rounds (+129 total), he should have a 39% chance of success without modifiers like double down. Add Ridcully and DD and we've got an excellent shot of getting them reverse-engineered in a year. And while they're certainly going to be expensive as fuck, they should add a real punch to our (and the Trust) fleet. Given that we've been informed that the Abomination is going to be trying to eliminate Lin, a way to especially fuck up enemy capital ships sounds lovely, doesn't it?

As a side note, with +129 total Super Exitus rifles are at -1% chance from Tranth bonuses. With Ridcully and DD it would be possible to complete them in a year, although two or three would probably be more likely. Right now I feel like we've got better things for both to be doing, as those rifles aren't getting distributed to anyone but major hero units until big changes to our economy happen, but I did feel it was worth mentioning.

I'd also like to get Destroyer armor handled for the Space Marines. The sheer concentrated killing power represented by that stuff is damn tempting, and it does complete the set. Although I guess if the Chapter Master was particularly serious about including armored warfare in his push to updating the Codex, they might also appreciate the Ace variant.

Poor Vanaheim's going to have to wait a bit before we start reverse-engineering and adapting the rest of the naval tech. Guess that's what they get for being conservatives though...

Seriously speaking, I would say that despite taking well over a decade, the Hyper Plasma Reactor research might be a good way to get them more on board with the reforms. It opens up a LOT of options for the Vanaheim naval focus, and it isn't one of the unrest promoting choices.

Spoiler: Major-General Viktor Mineyev, Third Commander of the Black Irons
Age: 200, rejuved to 25
M: 15+9=26
I: 11+2=13
A: 14+5=19
L: 11+2=13
P: 15+15=29
D: 17-11=6
C: 17+26=44

Participate of the Massacre of Blacktyde(+2M, -6D, -2P, +4C, +20 to all morale rolls, no penalties to morale for committing atrocities)- Viktor Mineyev was a junior captain in the 16th Beta-1 PDF when the population was driven berserk by the first encounter with Berserk Fungus. He led his men in the following massacre, where tens of millions of civilians were wiped out by the soldiers sworn to protect them including his entire family. This action has left him a grim and fatalistic man whose nights are always disturbed by nightmares and days filled with preparation for the next war.
Survivor of the Pink Skies (+2P, +1C, +5 to all rolls against daemons)- Having proved himself against the most dangerous foes in the galaxy during the First Daemonic Incursion Major-General Mineyev has had his faith and combat skills tested.
Avernite Centenarian (+5C, +1P, -1D when dealing with non-Avernites) – Having survived a century of life on Avernus Major-General Mineyev has proven himself to be both expert warrior and bearer of a strong will.
Major-General of the Black Irons
(+5M, +3A, +8P, -3D, +5C, automatically pass any morale rolls, +25 to all rolls against mental domination)- Major-General Mineyev is the Major-General of the Black Irons, a Helguard Division that specifically recruits the most ruthless soldiers, the suicidal and those with nothing to live for. He has led this force for over a century into several bloody battles and come out alive each time, much to his disappointment.
Failed Deathseeker
(-3D, +6P, +8C, +2 to all stats, far less likely to die in any circumstances, immune to fear of all types, may re-roll any dice that would lead to dying)- Major-General Mineyev has been seeking to absolve his sins by dying in battle since the Massacre of Blacktyde, shortly after the founding of Avernus. Over the years he has thrown himself into battle countless times, often leading charges that even Avernites consider suicidal. However each time he has come out alive, if not necessarily intact. As a result of this he has developed his combat skills to an incredible level, collected an impressive array of scars and bionics and a reputation for immortality.
Leads from the front
(+3C, +1D, +10 to morale of force under her command, more likely to die in battle)- Major-General Mineyev always leads his men from the front, fighting among the common troopers were he claims that he can feel the flow of the battle better. Whether or not this is true it is undisputed that his men fight harder when their general is fighting beside them.

Viktor Mineyev was a twenty-five year old PDF Lieutenant from the Hive World of Zerus when he reached Avernus. For three years he participated in the bloody process of the first colonization, during which he was promoted to Captain after an encounter with Dragon-Turtles. Then the Massacre of Blacktyde occurred and his peaceful life, for early Avernus, ended. His brother, two sisters and wife were all among the casualties of the Massacre of Blacktyde, and his wife was killed either by his hand or by the hand of his men.

The Massacre of Blacktyde changed the friendly, almost jovial Captain Mineyev into a grim and almost suicidaly depressed warrior seeking to atone though death in combat. He threw himself into training in an effort to be to exhausted to dream and made it a habit to always try to be where the fighting is thickest. Despite this his skills and luck proved to be sufficient to keep him alive, and as time went by he started to raise in the ranks, until early in the Rebellion on Jotunheim where he found himself in the command of the Black Irons. It was then Colonel Mineyev who started the policy of recruiting new Black Irons from Avernus' most ruthless soldiers, the suicidal and those with nothing to live for, both to provide those lost souls with a direction in life and to act shock troopers. This policy has become an institution on Avernus in the years since, and it is common for suicidal Avernites to apply to the Black Irons and for soldiers who lose their sense of empathy in combat to be transferred to them. When this is combined with the fact that the Black Irons have been used to cull Avernites in all of the major cult uprising, often in the millions, they have a dark reputation on Avernus, being respected and feared in equal measure.

Major-General Mineyev is a grim soldier who only cares about his duty and earning the death in combat that he constantly seeks. As such he never socializes and only speaks to others when necessary, and only as much as needed. In any other military unit, bar perhaps the Death Krops, this would result in him being an unpopular commander. However among the Black Irons he is looked up at for his absolute determination to do his duty, though his seeming inability to die has led to countless jokes.

Already has, and this is warhammer so at one point we will fight humans, cultists or not. Or need to fight against our own militia since chaos is a jerk.

We've already done that... twice.

We released the Black Irons on them twice.

that can be said about a major portion of the Black irons, and the others are worrying (lets say that any psycopath in the Avernite Army will soon find themselves in the Black Irons)
Well at least we have some where to put them.

Quick question.
1. Do we still have the micro missiles, the description seems to have vanished from the Weapons section of the data core?

Because that doesn't sound like a recipe for disaster.
I'd rather have them all in one place where we can keep an eye on them and dying in droves.
