added next regional power, also you are right not to underestimate the Necrons, the numbers given are confirmed minimum, for all you know they have ten times that and your scouts missed a lot

@Durin, why does the Pilot PA have better agility than Trooper armour? Pilots typically don't do a lot of moving in their vehicles.

Atum Dynasty
Necron Minor Dynasty
Rular: Intekhet (Necron Overlord)
Capital: Surantor (Core World)
Size: Unknown, at least 6 worlds
Estimated Population: unknown, at least 15 billion
Distance to Imperial Trust: 150 Light years to Alfheim (Down-East)

Military: at least 15 billion Necrons
Estimated Fleet Turn: at least 5 Tomb Ships, at least 50 Capital Ships , at least 500 Escorts
could we get a summary like this for the trust? we have all of the individual numbers, but i cannot find a summary and its kinda hard to compare our forces to an enemy's when we kinda dont know how many troops we have

1) Will the information continue to get updated every turn, pending scout rolls?
2) If so, will the Trust/Muspelheim scouts be looking everywhere or will they focus on specific regions at a time?

1. yes
2. they will look everywhere for a time and focus if there is a need, they are avoiding the Necrons however as several of the early scouts were lost to Necrons, who have the tech to find them

1. What does the (X/Y=Z) at the bottom of stat blocks in character sheets stand for?

2. Why is Frederick's martial bonus is so small (compared to others) despite him having best Martial score? Is it because it gets applied to all Avernite troops in addition to local commander bonus?

2a. In that case, what is Frederick's martial bonus to the troops he personally commands?

EDIT:
3.Does the Pilot/Ace Power Armor bonuses apply to Knights?
Yo, @Durin, because I'm worried that you didn't see this and also that I'm kinda wondering this myself, here's some more questions for you.

1. they help me deterine the chance of the character getting more trails, in general the higher Z is the lower the chance
2. corrected

@Durin

1. Ridcully should have 35 Combat. (Keynote score when death to Avernus is statistically improbable!)
Base 14
Primaris +3C (17)
Battle Precognition +3C (20)
Elite Battle Psyker +4C (24)
Avernite Centenarian +5C (29)
Grandmaster of Divination +4C (33)
Witness to Secrets Divine -1C (32)
Surviver of the Pink Skies +1C (33)
"The Oracle of Avernus" +2C (35)

Also Ridcully is pretty damned badass.

@Durin This should be Assorted Chaos Lords/Factions.

We should definitely look into unifying the assorted Imperium remnants.Their combined might seems to be similar to that of Karnas Imperium. A moderately powerful petty imperium should soak up quite a bit of the attacks Orks and Chaos.

Infact this should be our modus operandi. We should surround our neighboring areas with independent polities that are aligned with us.

You know I knew Tamia was smart, but I was just looking through the character sheet and she actually has the same level of learning as Tranth! She is ludicrously intelligent! Hell if she wasn't a psyker she might've made a good replacement for him if he died.

Not necessarily. Hallows are a thing in Imperium!
Hallows?

@Durin, I'd like to ask some questions:
1) What do we need to get option of psychic research on Phase Tigers(the Recon battalions, not felines)?
2) So, there was less than 50 years between the end of Garkill's second invasion and conquest of Danaan?
EDIT:
3) Can Lin cleanse geneseed of Chaos Space Marines?

Also, our geneseed problems are only an issue until the Varangian Guard kicks it up. Having a different strain isn't worth that much unless it has some damn nice properties

The scattered Petty Imperiums are both scattered and Petty Imperiums. They're generally way too far apart to function as a united group, and I bet that quite a few of them are quite distasteful. The fact that they haven't fallen to Chaos doesn't mean they're nice places
But it's pretty obvious that their skill have spiritual nature. They are better than any baseline human force have right to be. Like Astartes being better than their augments allow them.
Don't argue it, and don't be surprised if the action, if given, tells us nothing interesting. Besides, individually they're quite good but nothing on the order of our hero units

actually they are on the order of your lower hero units

Oh shit! Idea! Brilliant idea! Ok hear me out, the Varangian Guard we have with us have not had the best time with keeping knowledge thanks to their lifestyle, I mean their Techmarine could only do repairs on the simplest of wargear. It's not surprising that their Librarian would only have the basic psychic disciplines and none of the Librarian-only schools.

But what about the Blood Dragons? The Blood Dragons, so far as we know, have unlike the Varangians stayed together as a full chapter, whole and bunkered down in their planet. This means that their Librarium could very well be intact and they'd still have the Librarian-only schools. This is excellent on its own, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.

You see, one of the Librarian-only schools is called Technomancy. It's exactly what it sounds like - it uses psychic powers to influence Machine Spirits and manipulate machinery. One of the powers of Technomancy repairs machines. I'm unsure of whether it's temporary or permanent, but what's important is that for at least a time, at least for long enough for it to last a battle, the machine is repaired. And our STC constructor is a machine.

If we can contact the Blood Dragons, get Technomancy from them, and repair the STC constructor with psychic powers, we will - for roughly the length of a battle at the least - have the Omnicopaeia.
