Yea, I absolutely want to get the Goliath researched this turn, allowing our fleets to stay out on campaign 10x longer is an incredible advantage.

You are intentionally making it as complicated and confusing as you can. A more accurate and simpler message is, "The god you are praying to is not a god and is dead, but he will resurrect and become a god. The thing that exists now and claims to be him is not him - it is a liar and an abomination." Besides, humans are intelligent enough to understand the nuance if given a decent explanation. That we can understand it easily enough is proof.
No we're not as a species we're a bunch of idiots, we prefer to believe things that make us feel better even when they're stupid and detrimental to our own well being, even being well educated doesn't make up for this, and nuance tends to be the first thing lost when talking to large numbers of people.

Land Raider Power Helguard Regiment

I'd really like to get this out of the way when we can. I have a thing about options not being done for a long time, don't know why.

And tens of millennia of Imperial rule has done nothing but enhance those tendencies. The Abomination is the logical extrapolation of what they believed in (more and more so as the Imperium died). The Emperor Saint Lyn champions is the unpalatable truth.

Well we let ion shields sit forever and then we found out that they were awesome so that's one reason to be annoyed at things that sit there too long just being a little tease.

Benefits are explicitly noted in description - large boost for single MechInf regiment. Eventually could be worthwhile for our elites if their margin of superiority start to shrink, but it is not cost-effective for now.

Specialist Grenadiers (Write In): Planning- Now that you have the Elite Training Facilities General Drago would like to create elite, specialist units that take advantage of the unique skills that each region of Avernus instils in its soldiers. General Drago does not consider this to be urgent.

Time: 1 year.
Chance of Success: Variable

Cost: 7,200,000 Thrones, 14,400 Material, 1,440 Promethium, 860 Advanced Material.
Reward: Get Composition of Chosen Elite Unit. Put forward a write-in of a unit type and I will tell you if it it viable and how easy it will be (good omake will make it easier).

We could make another specialist?

There were those two Specialist types proposed a while back, the Rangers and Assault, I think. The Rangers were specialists in surviving the Avernite wilderness, and the Assaults were supposed to be pseudo-Phase Tigers (the Regiment, not the animal)

@Durin A couple of questions about the mininstrorum actions:

1 We still have the Examine Curse action that we did the last turn, is this intentional so we can re-examine the curse and see a better way to treat it, or a mistake?

2 Can we take Cure Curse two times the same year to get the +20 bonus?
1. no, it has been removed
2. yes
@Durin can we use cheat to assist lin with curing the curse?
no
@Durin

1. Will examining the curse more improve Lin's chance of curing the curse?
2. The update says that the Blood Dragons and their people can only be converted if their beliefs are close enough to the Imperial Truth. This to me is strange as the Missionaria Galaxia often converted populations who had never heard of the God-Emperor and had vastly different beliefs to the Imperial Creed.
3. Who would win in a fight, Gork or Khorne?
2. because you do not ave the overwhelming military force that the Imperiam had and if you try to convert them when they are to opposed it will be taken as an act of war
3. unknown
@Durin

Few questions about this turn:
  1. When Ridcully predicted no invasion until the Orks and Valinor would both invade in a little short of a decade, was that referring to a decade from the point in time that he took the actions (2-3 years ago) or a decade from now?
  2. Can we improve the chances of an action curing/lessening the curse by having Lin take two at once?
  3. For the Warding actions, can they be expedited?
  4. Can you give us a rough outline of how long a forge city in the process of being upgraded is more vulnerable than before, as good defensively as at the start of the action, and has better effective defenses than it did at the start?
1. from when he took the action
3. no
4. for the first third weaker, the second third equal and the final third stronger

@Durin
1. Is the curse killing him slowly, or is it only keeping him weaker?
2. Has the curse adapted to Lin yet?
3. Is the curse a typical... it seems that way.

Why would it have adapted to him when it only does so when Lin fails the action to remove it, like said action says?

A few more questions @Durin

1) Which Specialist armor would the Varangian guard prefer to get first (Destroyer, Raider, Recon, or Ace)? And what would be their order of preference for the others?

2) Can we train any Psyker Artisan so he could work with Relic Weapons (maybe sending them to Svartalfheim for training)?

3) Which are our Advisors suggesting to upgrade with Psyker Wards first?

4) Do our advisors think that we have already enough cities in the region Iota, or we should try to get another in the Delta (to have a couple of cities in each area?

5) Are the cities from the region Iota already connected the underground railway network?

@Durin - how long would a city in Dalat need for the construction to get it to a defensible state (Void Shields, Walls, Anti-Air, Orbital Defenses, enough militia to hold it in spite of being incomplete)?

1. Raider, Recon, Destroyer, Ace
2. not until you get a heroic
3. not sure, rectors before any other defense however
4. they would like at lest one more

three years
1) How soon does Julius want these designs?
2) I'm assuming all these new PA designs are making them fall even harder for the Trust?
1. within fifty years if possible, within a hundred if not
2. yes
