1. yes, their powers mostly change their base unit type and stats, though in some situations they have an additional bonus that changes with circumstances and makeup (if they have enough Diviners they get a free re-roll for example)
 
So Psyker Regiments are essentially exceedingly flexible troops?

Though I don't really understand much about unit types and stats.
 
A quarter of PDF and half our Helguard/Helltroopers, including elite regiments? Half our Psykers as well, of course.


We live on a deathworld, our troops also need to be kept at home to keep the Wildlife from getting uppity.

Looking at psyker choirs, maximum divinatory power for Ridcully (While using only Divination-specialized psykers) is currently at 207 Major Diviners (16 Primaris (Elite/4 Veteran/11), 191 Battle (14 Elite/7 Veteran/170), plus 193 Elite Minor Battle Psykers. With a total power effect of.. Ridcully plus 4 Gamma, 20 Delta (5 Equiv), 27 Episilon(1.6~ Equiv), 146 Zeta(2~ Equiv), 193 Minor or.. about High Beta/Low Alpha in power, up from High Gamma.

Where are you getting this decade from? Most of our military campaigns have lasted far less than a year. If we end up sending any of our troops to be stationed longer than that, it won't be the full amount - this is about how many troops we're willing to send if one of our neighbors is attacked.

To be fair, all of those military campaigns have been within the trust. If we are gonna go on the offensive, that will take a lot longer.

@Durin in view of the prolonged campaigns that are likely to happen, could we get some sort of option to set up a system where increased recruitment happens when troops are offworld on campaigns? Since casualties will definitely occur on prolonged campaigns, it seems reasonable that the government of Avernus would recruit troops to offset that

Are the local Mechanicus forces (primarily the Titans) under our jurisdiction for this vote or will the AdMech be pledging forces separately?

Question to everyone else: Do we want to risk the remaining Titans (and possibly damage more for potential repair/study) or keep them back?

What I think we really need to do to be able to send more troops is get a baby boom going because surethane we can replace loses this time but what about next time?

1a. What are the percent advised to not drift into an unnessecary increase (over 50% to standart years) to wildlife loses for the PDF?

We asked regarding this during the Fjol IV attack, IIRC. We needed to leave behind a minimum of one regiment of each type to serve as a training base to get other regiments to that level.
