No they worship a person who they believe is kind and just, and he kinda is.

The emperor never said "kill all the Xenos" except for the chaos corrupted ones, that was something the Primarch's did on their own.

The emperor was an idiot, but he never genocided people without good reason.
And the whole xenos betraying man thing should be taken with a bit of salt. Cause other sources like the RPGs say that the emperor debilitatiry destroyed society's were xenos and humans lived peacefully together just fine.

Besides those aspects of the emperor are now know as the abomination.

You really seem to have a massive hate boner for the emperor.

Could you provide a citation for the Emperor loosing the more horrific aspects of himself instead of something worse, but independent of him gowning out of them (or more specifically out of the way they were idealized for 10000 years)?

I do not hate Emps. I am simply of the opinion that no major faction in WH40K can be considered good.

Well that was anticlimactic...

Anyone else expecting the other shoe to drop?

I read nightmares to come, which this quest is based on.

While far from identical it is the only thing I can base my reasoning on.

While true, that doesn't mean we don't have to be.

Brighthammer may be impossible for the rest of the galaxy, but we can do it.

@durin would it be possible to write an omake that says the space marines were the ones to sabotage the warp drive and that hulk and escaped before it destroyed itself? Cause if so we could have space marines swimming in the void which with power armor is something they can do for years if the go into coma.

I prefer to think that Captain Ramius actually hit a major BUT SEEKRETLY HIDDEN part of the hulk's void systems.

But then, I'm biased. :D

Wait, isn't Star Child what its cultists sometimes call the Abomination?
Yes, it comes from the emperor reincarnation theorys that the inquisition came up with, all of them call him the star child, like upon his death his souls goes to the warp and reincarnates ect. its even in Eldar script.

In the shape of night mares the abomination is called just that, in embers it seems he has taken that name which is sad, because it is a cool one.

Regarding Space Marine recruitment issues because of only 2 Glands in the body it is possible to implant one in a clone vegetable and harvest both when the other one is done growing.

Repeat this until you have enough of them to make the number of Marines you want.

Well it looks like we didn't get them anyway, not unless someone can write a good enough omake that puts them floating in space.
