What about the super exitus rifles themselves? If the ammo is there shouldn't the rifle be there too?

Also Drago will be salivating at all the upgrade opportunities.
Probably was an advanced weapon reserved for the real gud snipers, so it not being their, but its simplest ammo being there doesn't surprise me.
A truly great collection of STCs, but a shame we dont´t have found the Volkite weapons...
Yeah, but we can always look else where/make our own ones later on.

Also this is just the first part, there is probably the Vehicles and the Space ships to go :D
 
Dark Age Datacore Contents Part One: Weaponry and Wargear

According to Archmagos Explorator Tranth the datacore found on the Sword of Surtur is fully intact and easily readable. He tells you that the datacore contains the complete designs for most of the warships and almost all of the archoetech found within them. The main exceptions to this are the Vortex weaponry and some of the more advanced Grav Weaponry.

Weaponry
Stable Plasma Weaponry- This collection of STCs contains designs for many different types of stable plasma weaponry ranging from Plasma Pistols to Plasma Blastguns. They are relatively advanced weapons that require advanced material but are incredibly effective against heavy or super-heavy infantry.
Plasma Pistol- A more stable variant of the Imperial Plasma Pistol.
Plasma Gun- A more stable variant of the Imperial Plasma Gun

Neutron Laser Weaponry- Neutron Laser weapons are a far more advanced variation of classic las weapons that was sued in the Dark Age of Technology. They are both longer ranged then normal las weapons and almost as destructive as plasma weaponry, a combination that when combined with their ammunition efficacy made them the default weapons for elite units in the Dark Age of Technology. Neutron weapons require a good bit of thrones and some advanced material to produce.
Neutron Laspistol- This is a far more powerful, longer ranged laspistol that almost matches plasma weaponry in damage output. It is also far more complex then standard las weaponry and will require advanced materials to produce.
Neutron Lasgun- This the lasgun version of the Neutron Laser. It has a longer range then the classic lasgun and is capable of easily killing trooper armoured opponents and light vehicles.
Neutron Lasrifle- This slightly larger then the lasgun version and obviously designed for use by power armoured troops. It has a lightly longer range then the lasgun version and a significantly better rate of fire. This seems to be the weapon of choice for the DAoT elites, combining a good rate of fire and damage output with being long ranged and having a massive ammunition capacity.
Neutron Repeater- This the multilaser version of the Neutron Laser combines massive rate of fire, high ammunition capacity, long range with the ability to easily cut though power armour and destroy medium vehicles. (Heavy Weapon)
Neutron Cannon- This the lascannon version of the Neutron Laser that you have found in large quantities. While harder to produce then standard las weaponry it is significantly more powerful and has a longer range. (Heavy Weapon)
Heavy Neutron Repeater- A larger Neutron Repeater that is still smaller then a Neutron Destroyer. (Very Heavy Weapon)
Heavy Neutron Cannon- A larger Neutron Cannon that is still smaller then a Neutron Destroyer. (Very Heavy Weapon)
Neutron Destroyer- This the tank main gun version of the Neutron Laser and combines a long range with the ability to utterly destroy most tanks and inflict significant damage on Superheavies. (Ordnance Weapon)
Neutron Annihilator- This is the heavy Neutron Weapon and is capable of easily killing most Heavy Tanks or inflicting major damage on superheavies. ( Heavy Ordinance Weapon)

Light Power Knife- This is a mass producible power knife that has a significantly inferior power field. Archmagos Explorator Tranth tells you that while the knife would have trouble piecing power armour it should do well against carapace armour.
Super-Exitus Adamantine Spikes- The main ammunition for super-exitus rifles.
Accelerator Battle Cannon- A more advanced Battle Cannon that uses electromagnetic acceleration to get higher muzzle velocity. Can replace Leman Russ Battle Cannons (Ordnance Weapon)

Mostly expected stuff, but there are a few surprises. The Heavy Plasma Coil is a particularly excellent find - it provides Knights with a melee option when they aren't equipped with a specific one, which greatly increases the flexibility of Knights in general. The variants of the regular one meant to be added to Advanced Power Armor is also nice. Aside from that Plasma Missiles and Shells are good to add to our arsenal.

Everything here is very awesome and I love it all. The stand out for me is the Grav-Hammer and the heavy variant. Those are really powerful melee weapons - we'll want to give some to the Grey Knights.

Lots of good stuff here!

1. Not only do we get the regular Conversion Beamers, we also get one suited for Tanks and Knight-Titans and one suited for actual Titans. Also, now that I think of it us finding Titan weaponry is promising for when the vehicles comes up...
2. Gotta love Stasis Grenades!
3. Micro-missiles are interesting. I mentioned these in my write-up for the Adjudicator, so I'm hoping maybe I inspired this. The fact that they are equipped on Recon armor is a bit strange, but I suppose they'd be good for an emergency distraction by letting the user blow stuff up and get away.
4. The Light Power Knife might not seem like much, but it's actually a very good addition to our arsenal. It will replace the standard combat knife used by our forces with something better, so they'll get a boost in melee.
5. The Super-Exitus basic ammo is nice to have, if only because it saves us a turn of research on something really basic. Wish we had gotten the rifle itself, but oh well. We'll just need to continue increasing our chances on researching it.
6. Oh god, the Accelerator Cannon and the heavy version... so fucking nice. This is basically the Impaler equivalent of a Battle Cannon. LOVE IT!
7. Locator Shells are pretty cool. Shoot one at a Titan and make it easier to take down.

1. Time saved on researching the Ace Armor. Excellent.
2. Power armor for Jotuns. NICE. It makes a lot of sense given that the Jotun are actually as intelligent as standard humans. It'll be funny if people mistake them for Space Marines.
3. A general buff to general wargear is great.
 
Now with all this new stuff we need to upgrade our forces in general and see about producing Power Armor for Jotuns.

We can even give the Ace suits to our pilots so they are much better in general.

This also means we have less stuff we need to reverse engineer ourself later so we can focus on the other stuff not in the core.

We also have the designs and weapons for the ships so that will go a long way to repair them.
 
Means we now have something to trade to Jotunheim besides just material.
If I was in Garp's position, I'd ask Svartalfheim instead, simply because they have much more of both resources and relevant industry.

EDIT: We really need to start re-armament program. We have plenty of new toys to implement.

You referred to these as Plasma Foils earlier. Which is correct?

3. Micro-missiles are interesting. I mentioned these in my write-up for the Adjudicator, so I'm hoping maybe I inspired this. The fact that they are equipped on Recon armor is a bit strange, but I suppose they'd be good for an emergency distraction by letting the user blow stuff up and get away.
They would make an excellent panic-button weapon, for when you run up against something unexpected that you can't deal with quietly.

4. The Light Power Knife might not seem like much, but it's actually a very good addition to our arsenal. It will replace the standard combat knife used by our forces with something better, so they'll get a boost in melee.
Plus, we will likely be able to generalise it to light power weapons of all kinds, allowing us to get some decent melee weapons out on the cheap.
 
I'm going to put some effort into a Man Portable Accelerator Autocannon. The story is that the AAC is too much to be used by non-APA infantry, and that a toned down version was in the works when the end came. It would still be superior to the normal Autocannon, but not as much as the vehicle mount. It looses some of the rate of fire and armor cracking in favor of being able to hit the target in the first place.

Speaking of AAC variants, I'm going to have the Long Barrel AAC lose Sunder for balance purposes. Ballistic compromises and all that.

MP-AAC: Range 48", S8, AP 3, Heavy 2
AAC: Range 48", S8, AP3, Heavy 3 Sunder
Long Barrel AAC: Range 72", S8, AP3, Heavy 3

Speaking of which, @durin, the Accelerator Autocannon isn't part of the weapon list. I'm hoping that's an oversight. It really doe fill a major tactical niche, longer range light-medium vehicle armor cracking that still a lower Heavy Weapon. The Autocannon was the main weapon of the DAoT Predator Tank after all.

I'm going to write it as being mixed up with copies of the less Impaler weapons, an nobody's noticed yet.

Destroyer armour designed for use by Jotun
 
Question, do we have table top stats for the new STC weapons? I assume that the Plasma weapons are the same except with the Overheating rule removed. Possibly with reduced strength like the Tau variants.
