    -[X] Night Lords: The drudges of the traitor Legions, the Gene-Seed of the Night Lords, Sons of Curze, mainly grants those with the 'privilege' to bear it an increased skill in terror tactics. And a noted tendency for psychotic conditions, but why would you care about that? The Night Lords do not devote themselves to any of the Great Four, only serving them in exchange for fresh victims to torture and terrorise, but some among them have founded the cult of the Raptor God, a minor God just as sadistic and murderous as His adherents.

THAT was very close vote. Sucks that my plan didn't won...because it is mine by technicality. Either way...let's see what kind of chaos they will spread.
 
I very much presume given we don't have potent gene-seed to get more Astartes traits. And the plan had concentrated corruption.
 
@undead frog does Justice , fulfill criteria of Addiction or it must be more or less mundane narcotic substance their addicted to?

Also, to naysayers saying "WHY DID WE VOTE NIGHT LORDS?!!", this is Slaanesh request, and the other top plan also had concentrated corruption, it's just as likely we would have rolled Death Guard who are addicted and hedonistic, it's just Slaanesh traits, we could have rolled perfectionists or obsessed but we didn't, too bad, but it's not the fault of the plan or that Night Lords wouldn't serve well for the request.
