Ok, idle question, but did the "multi-armed and dangerous!" desire exist before I reminded people Asura's Wrath is a thing, or was the sentiment their before I hopped in? For reference, I joined the conversation at some point after the first set of potential character designs.

I can only speak for myself, but I still don't know what Asura's Wrath is, so I don't think that really swayed my voting
Not really; it was mainly arguing whether to be rings or Kamina.
Again the simple design works better for us here; Asura should be saved for a super mode or end game.

As far as I know, 'end game' isn't a concept that is going to be relevent for years, if ever. Dex strikes me as the type of guy who can keep coming up with cool ideas to keep things going strong. Mostly because he is and he can.
We absolutely can be awesome right now. In fact, it is in our favor to do so because we can train ourselves to use our multiple arms effectively!
The ego mantle is... pretty much just cosmetic. I like the ring. I take the ring. Precious.

Right, while 1/3 secretly has a popular lead (but only if you count the arms and mantle seprately!), it's actually 2/3 that has the lead! It takes a moment to realize that though, because about a third of their votes are formated differently from the rest:

I have no idea how you misinterpreted me to such an opposite extent, but Rukatin has the right idea.

I don't mind it being more complex if Dex is up to it, but being recognizably humanoid helps with 'being fabulous'
On that note though, I definitely don't mind some Asura's Wrath added into that fabulousness either; certainly hits the STTGL feeling — especially including the special stuff before it CX
Plus I've known both series for ages, even playing in an Asura's Wrath RP for its sadly stalled run.

literally forced this hard choice for RIGHT. NOW. We can change it in story afterwards. the Ego Mantle shapes based on want, its much easier to change it's form.
