I just got back from watching the superbowl with my family and a movie.

Because four limbs allows for awesome posing extravaganza and loads of potential for gestures and hand signs, and arms 2 isn't going to win.
Thanks Dex! The hard limits were really needed, because if you don't allow some restraints than people won't be nearly as creative.
