Could you specify that the Parry upgrade is better Gauntlets? The science team developing a shiny Parry Augmentation is rather useless if we are still stuck rolling 1d5s.

-I feel like reaching for miniaturized nuclear power plants is a little ballsy at this stage, but if you guys want to do that, that's also a possibility. Don't know that it would result in immediate returns on our Hellhounds, but we might be due a redesign anyway.

[] Research: Jaeger Augment: I don't want to crib the MASC straight up, but I can't think of another naaaame.
-Some egghead was reading the old BTech sourcebooks and thought the MASC was a cool idea. So he started working on a way to incorporate it into Tacit's arm servos, figuring that the old bastard was already pretty quick on his feet. This Augment allows Tacit to overclock the muscle-equivalents in his arms to enable ludicrous speed for a round. Unfortunately the servos aren't designed to eat g-forces at that level, so they're limited to using it once per encounter, twice if they don't mind having the arm servos shut down for the rest of the fight.

If we're going to upgrade new guns, we really ought to go with railguns instead.

Frankly, I think the electrical bonus is better suited for trying to develop some kind of EMP defenses.

You might want to change to the Mk II version that's more specific on the Parrying option.
 
Man, I literally am always busy whenever Resource Planning happens!

Glad I now have a decent point of why IC but still...

Also, I know @LostDeviljho wants an Air Force, but his character feels really insensitive... Maybe I'm backlashing from the search and rescue/retrieval thing and real life, but...

It occurs to me that most of our casualties thus far have been air force, unless I'm misremembering.

I may have to write up an omake of my own at some point.
