I will lobby for an attempt to find the underlying theory between ESP, C-Crystals, and Empathic Boosters. For one, the C-Crystals already use psychic principles to alter physical properties, so if we can figure out the how of they function we can skip the attempt to develop such from first principles.

When the build team is done next turn I want them and one of the engineering advisors to start on a Super cannon for a Space battleship. There's no point in building the Space battleship if it doesn't have a Super weapon installed. I really want to get a Space battleship started as soon as possible guys.
I'm against any plan that denies us robot shaped buddies. It also slaps atheistically because of how Jiro developed that new cockpit system which means our version of the drones are likely to be installed inside a steed and then find out what vehicle fits them. Do they want to be big and tough? Sledder or Phalanax. Do they want to fly in the sky? Seeker. Etc.
It's a fun idea and worth playing into IMO.

The plan name comes from me coming up with a mix of projects that're really simple (like reworking Arc Weaponry) and others that most likely... aren't (Project Funnel).
Among other things, I'm assigning the Charged Cannon mass-production project I've been wanting to Jiro because he's proven to have some skill at cutting out unnecessary components to achieve the desired goal, along with approaching the topic from unexpected angles.
Considered testing Pterawing hydrodynamic properties until I realized that those're probably not worth testing due to obvious results.
Almost forgot Katarina; only reason I'm not assigning her to work on the Saddle is that I'm drawing a blank on what to do with it. (Side note: I almost assigned her to liaison with Ground Pound until I realized that they probably don't know about our AI yet. When I noticed that, I switched that action with the Galbinus liaison I initially assigned to Sasaki.)
Was tempted to work on the MMI-based interrogation device, but had other projects that appeared to have more immediate benefits.
And, of course, omitting locked actions that don't have choices to make.
edit: Just occurred to me, but I feel we might've actually seen one example of K-Lung before, but were unable to retrieve it: The Dragon(fly) might've had an Acid Lung linked to the horn we cut off.
edit2: Got a suggestion for the Saddle that I actually like. Thanks, Linty! Cutting out the least-important liaison action I had (Jenkins progress check) for it.

Here's my plan, it shares a lot of similarities to theguynamedwafer's plan (apart form the Science portion) but I will explain my thoughts and where do those plans differ.
DEFENSE:
This part is the same as theguynamedwafer.
We recon both Sheol and the Westphalians and liaison with all 4 of our allied SR groups. Recon on the Westphalian seems important to me to better understand the Westphalian supply route while Ocular is spying on them. We know that Sheol is sending infiltrators; so trying to pinpoint where he is operating seem like a good idea. The logic behind letting the Free Brothers free for a turn is the fact that we know they intend to attack the Enclave so we already know their target but I could be persuaded that being more on the ball on this is important.
All three original SR teams want to talk with us and Ground Pound is there so we can see what collaboration stuff we can do.
ENGINEERING:
This part is the mostly the same as theguynamedwafer except a couple of points.
1) My plan OK the creation of our own Drones.
2) In the combination for the Perseus I only wrote Sledder because I am under the impression that we can only choose one combination form. Also the TMU and the Seeker were noted to not add much to it so I'd rather wait and see what Katarina does with the Saddle.
For the rest, The Duo researches the Westphalian Configuration to see if we can get loot cool stuff from their effort; the Build Team choice for the new Pegsus ship I also preferred Defense over Speed or a Melee weapon for a Dropship (though I'm not wedded to the option). For Jiro I obviously choose the BREASTO FIRE option, Support Module Delivery seems like a more useful option than the one used strike craft. For Lana we can dust off the neglected Pilebunker research and implement it now that we have the K-Fang; the Sledders part is the most problematic I feel since we either use it as a power source, a weapon pack or try basic configuration that we are warned doesn't seem that useful. I went with the power augmentation (since it dovetails with the new Finisher the plan chooses to research); but I'm open to hearing arguments otherwise.
SCIENCE:
This is where my plan heavily defers from theguynamedwafer.
First Carlson, I don't think that the Raw Projection stuff is currently not viable because all our research up to this point showed how weak the ESP signals are and that we need the MMI to boost them. I'd also rather finish and implement the Channeling stuff that we started so long ago. I also moved K-Lung to him since Zulu is our Xeno-technology expert rather than Kaiju expert.
Secondly Max, While I agree with theguynamedwafer about testing how the C-Crystals interact with AI; Zulu got can continue his work on the Dispersion Tech while I have Max focus on the last piece of Regency's tech we haven't look- The Empathic Booster; I think that along the Channeling that only lasts for a split second and the heightened emotions of the pilots it will synergize to create an effect far more powerful than only researching the Channeling stuff (also, maybe in the future it will open a path to the actual projection capabilities when combined with the C-Crystals).
Thirdly Ivana, same as theguynamedwafer. They seems like good options so why mess with a good thing? Ivanna sees what can we use the Leg for robotic muscle and dust the old K-class frag grenade idea.
Fourthly Zulu, as I noted beforehand Zulu isn't a Kaiju expert so I set him to continue his research into the Dispersion technology.
Lastly Mary, I choose the let Mary continue her thing rather than broaden her scope to laser shotguns, and rather then use the Faedium as a grenade I'd rather see if it combos with the C-Crystals.
SPECIAL:
For Katarina while it does the same work on the Saddle, I changed the Petrawing work to see if it combos with our existing technology or with the hypothetical Saddle configuration.

Here's my plan, it shares a lot of similarities to theguynamedwafer's plan (apart form the Science portion) but I will explain my thoughts and where do those plans differ.
DEFENSE:
This part is the same as theguynamedwafer.
We recon both Sheol and the Westphalians and liaison with all 4 of our allied SR groups. Recon on the Westphalian seems important to me to better understand the Westphalian supply route while Ocular is spying on them. We know that Sheol is sending infiltrators; so trying to pinpoint where he is operating seem like a good idea. The logic behind letting the Free Brothers free for a turn is the fact that we know they intend to attack the Enclave so we already know their target but I could be persuaded that being more on the ball on this is important.
All three original SR teams want to talk with us and Ground Pound is there so we can see what collaboration stuff we can do.
ENGINEERING:
This part is the mostly the same as theguynamedwafer except a couple of points.
1) My plan OK the creation of our own Drones.
2) In the combination for the Perseus I only wrote Sledder because I am under the impression that we can only choose one combination form. Also the TMU and the Seeker were noted to not add much to it so I'd rather wait and see what Katarina does with the Saddle.
For the rest, The Duo researches the Westphalian Configuration to see if we can get loot cool stuff from their effort; the Build Team choice for the new Pegsus ship I also preferred Defense over Speed or a Melee weapon for a Dropship (though I'm not wedded to the option). For Jiro I obviously choose the BREASTO FIRE option, Support Module Delivery seems like a more useful option than the one used strike craft. For Lana we can dust off the neglected Pilebunker research and implement it now that we have the K-Fang; the Sledders part is the most problematic I feel since we either use it as a power source, a weapon pack or try basic configuration that we are warned doesn't seem that useful. I went with the power augmentation (since it dovetails with the new Finisher the plan chooses to research); but I'm open to hearing arguments otherwise.
SCIENCE:
This is where my plan heavily defers from theguynamedwafer.
First Carlson, I don't think that the Raw Projection stuff is currently not viable because all our research up to this point showed how weak the ESP signals are and that we need the MMI to boost them. I'd also rather finish and implement the Channeling stuff that we started so long ago. I also moved K-Lung to him since Zulu is our Xeno-technology expert rather than Kaiju expert.
Secondly Max, While I agree with theguynamedwafer about testing how the C-Crystals interact with AI; Zulu got can continue his work on the Dispersion Tech while I have Max focus on the last piece of Regency's tech we haven't look- The Empathic Booster; I think that along the Channeling that only lasts for a split second and the heightened emotions of the pilots it will synergize to create an effect far more powerful than only researching the Channeling stuff (also, maybe in the future it will open a path to the actual projection capabilities when combined with the C-Crystals).
Thirdly Ivana, same as theguynamedwafer. They seems like good options so why mess with a good thing? Ivanna sees what can we use the Leg for robotic muscle and dust the old K-class frag grenade idea.
Fourthly Zulu, as I noted beforehand Zulu isn't a Kaiju expert so I set him to continue his research into the Dispersion technology.
Lastly Mary, I choose the let Mary continue her thing rather than broaden her scope to laser shotguns, and rather then use the Faedium as a grenade I'd rather see if it combos with the C-Crystals.
SPECIAL:
For Katarina while it does the same work on the Saddle, I changed the Petrawing work to see if it combos with our existing technology or with the hypothetical Saddle configuration.

If that were true, that would have made the Westphalian-Sheol meeting very awkward. Like a family reunion with folks who vaguely know they exist but never interact.
That said, with Ocular's help you're getting closer to an answer!
Honestly I'm expecting that part of the midseason finale or finale of the Westphalian storyline will be a covert civil war breaking out into the open as Westphalian aligned elements of the EUDF makes a play for control over all the super robot programs/teams that Brigadier General Peters and her allies have created. Using their penetration into the highest echelons of EUDF command to attempt to do so.
I wouldn't be surprised if Peters gets assassinated later on to try to put a patsy in the seat of oversight over all the super robot programs and the various misfits and odds and ends that comprise the programs revolt en masse being supported from the shadows by the parts of the intelligence community loyal to the Earth Union.
