Super Robot Quest G

I don't think we have much. From the reading of the scene, it looks like the borer separated its back half to escape and blew up its front half, and the only thing left behind was "debris". If there's anything salvageable of the drill, it might be up to a dice roll to get it.
fair point but there's hopefully enough that we can get started on building a Super Robot along those lines. Even if we build it long the lines of the Getter Jaguar which from what I remember is the Air unit part of the Land Sea Air combo from that series. Oh god, we're going to end up building one aren't we? If we do indeed build one than we will have to start looking for the sea version for the trio since we might already have the Land version in the T-Rex chassis. Or we could try to go for the AGG from Gundam, but I've never actually seen or read about it other than from what source material i've read.

Thundersaurus Megazord

The Thundersaurus Megazord is the primary Megazord of the Dino Thunder Rangers in Power Rangers Dino Thunder. The base Megazord itself was never replaced with an upgrade (like the Shogun Megazord or Super Zeo Megazord), but its arms can be replaced with other Zords. It was destroyed along with...

I was thinking Thundersaurus Megazord since we already have the Petrawing. We just need to scale it up?

[X] "...I know Dr. Carlson was working on the K-Lung thing. The fuel system that Scrapheap worked up is...kinda still intact? Get me a plasma cutter and we'll carve the solid piece of it out, it'll be awesome!"

[X] "...don't ask me why, but somehow the head isn't completely smashed in and the circuitry isn't too badly burnt. I'm not expecting to find a super computer in here or anything, but the processor's gotta have something awesome in it, right?"

I am a simple man. I want my mecha Dino/Dragon.

Begin PROJECT: FAFNIR

I might have mentioned this before, but:

The Drones (and currently the Golems) are the in-universe equivalents to the Vehicons of Transformers Prime. Autonomous, even vaguely sentient if you tilt your head right, but otherwise they're onscreen Mooks.

Folks are correct in that the Kausen don't really see them as sentient. And Zulu's growing independence is at least giving the Legion some food for thought

I would vote for the chassis, but better AI, or a personality, both seem nice to me, and at least we have inspiration for a T-Rex chassis now. Not like anyone is going to forget.

I see we've acquired a T-Rex Chassis and have a marked institutional propensity for transforming and combining robots. I'm getting some Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad vibes, and no mistake. Or SSSS.Gridman if you're looking for a reference that isn't a couple decades out of date.

An empty chassis that we can eventually stuff full of our own goodies, with the most prevalent being K-Mesh and the research from the giant kaiju leg that will advance our ability to make larger super-sized mechs.

That was a bit of a runaway vote.

I'll get to cracking on the next segment this week. Barring any more fires from work that is. (which there probably will be)

Drill Tank Tip/Mechanism + T-Rex Chassis Tail = not!??? :V

Q-Rex Drill

The Q-Rex Drill is the personal Zord of Orion, the Super Megaforce Silver Ranger. It can transform into three separate forms: the Q-Rex Drill, the Q-Rex Dinozord, and the Q-Rex Megazord. It is based on the Quantasaurus Rex piloted by Quantum Ranger Eric Myers in Power Rangers Time Force. Q-Rex's...

Technically done before. But what theme are we going with here?

Seperate mechs under 2 different development lineages or a unified 1?
