[] [Ending Slides #1-5] The Star Child incarnating in the Stargrove Federation and assessing their tools and goals.

I want this one because it'll be a kind of "our god judges how well we did" sort of thing, and then uses all the tools we've built to launch the Child's Crusade (or whatever else you want to call it).

i like this.

I just want a slide of the Duchy, though I'm guessing the ''Those That Remain'' is a slide for that? I'll write up a vote for it, if it's not. We've been joined at the hip with them, and their complex relations to both us and themselves has definitely been a highlight for me.

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Tyranid POV — when a tree(Stargrove Iritta) and little man (Star-Mech Biologus) steal millions of years of adaptive evolution and create some prey that is resistant to acid, bio-plasma, bacteria, viruses, poisons, toxins, venoms, spores, parasites, bile, corrosive substances, bio-electric pulses, Flames, etc. just so it can hop into your bowl of soup (reclamation pools) that none of you bioforms can attack without melting themselves, and watch as a group of them slurp up your lunch, and rocket off into space . . . your hungry and got mugged of your lunch

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] A super repressed Eldar joining an all species polycule (they get ruined worse than anything slaanesh could have done to them)

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] tyranids use gravity slings to launch themselves form solar system to solar system . . . so when you can summon black holes to fuck with their navigation, you have corpses floating off in deep space without the biomass to make it back
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] the most average of average stargrove federation human unknowingly rizzing up some teenager they met at the cafe (it was the star child)
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] the other 4 star child nations during the epilogue

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] that alternate timeline where SG Fed gets ISOT back to the 30k millennium

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] POV, your a Tyranid Bioform that got broken from the hive mind but made sapient by some trees and given citizenship . . . fastforward some years and you're now married and have the urge to eat your spouse because they where off drinking with hte boys while you had to take care of your 100+ children

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Duchy & Mastan POV — aftermath of the The Great Devouring War , and watching the Stargrove with its egregious amounts of Development Discounts rebuild itself in several decades

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Star child and Big E having a talk after the latter is dead via space time bullshit

My Eyes Have Seen The Glory Of The Coming Of Our Star
All your people are passively immune to Medium Chaos Corruption (Active Minor Chaos Sorcery, Odyssean Warp Travel, Daemon-Inflicted Wounds). This can be upgraded.
(Warning: Trait only applies to believers of the Star Child in full, but confers minor portions to others in proximity.)
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Stargrove military planners considering warp storms as a minor or nonthreat to civilian and military logistics due to sheer faith and a great buffer to the tyranid swarms, on the other hand "WE HATE CHAOS"

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] knights finishing their upgrades

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Trazyn the Infinite POV — about to steal the emperor, Finall-*gets hit by terran warpstorm* wakes up back home, DAMN IT!

Everything that isn't quoted is a hard Veto from me. Those are either Sidestory things or just plainly don't make sense as Epilogue Slides.

With that: Night!

The Eldar have supposedly gone from Frieza levels of racism to Zoro levels of racism. Racist, but not obvious about it. Will still use Excessive force though.

Elderly Eldar: Those filthy Mon'Keigh and their worthless machines. Spits
Young Eldar: Grandpa, you can't just call the lesser beings that anymore, it's not right!
Elderly Eldar: I'll say what I mean about those people and they'll just have to deal with it.
Young Eldar: Grandpa!
Elderly Eldar: Laughs in Old Man Laugh

Oh boy

This is it. We've made it to the Final Boss. And it seems we've prepared pretty damn well.

Also kudos to Herococky for capturing the dread of the Big Fleet coming not from either side of the galaxy, but FROM BELOW THE GALATIC PLANE!!! Fucking scarier than if the fleet came from the ghoul stars honestly. And it sounds like they done a fuck ton of damage, hopefully Abby got screwed over somehow.

Also.......Isha seems to like us, at least enough to join up with us to beat the fuck out of the Bugs, granted the Nids are an existential threat to everything but still, that means something at least. Should we expect her to gaze favorably at our Irrita?

Anyway for Ending slides

-[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Teeln, Bnnuy, Chairon, Grug, and whoever else in the Star Child afterlife/Chaos blocker reacting to the galaxy currently

Why yes I am still somewhat peeved the Deva action didn't win so sue me.

(For those who forgot Grug was our Ogryn friend from the start of the quest).

For the debts they owed to Temple, Duchy, and Federation. For the future of a galaxy their ancestors had pushed to the brink of Ruin's Grasp.
Huh, it seems my prediction that Eldar would've helped out (in Hardcore mode) was accurate?

Oh wow, okay, yeah, thank fuck @Ratato did back taxes, we would've been in interesting straits otherwise.
Glad to know I actually managed to contribute after all the 101 questions, though I don't think it did that much beyond us getting to see Null Thoughts from our side of things?

more Ending slide ideas

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] federation standard ground pounders finally getting mass produced monomolecular and force knives, darklight rifles, Heavy Wearer-Adjusted Power Armor and all the fancy cool toys . . . and realize that this shit was templar stuff several centuries ago. Coincidentally all templars are now outfitted with some shiny new gubbins and flashy weapons like the "Monomolecular Force Power Semi-Phase Sword" & the "Super Heavy Wearer-Adjusted Fio'tak Combat Suit Power Armor" or the "Titan Cracker Darklight Ion Hand Cannon"

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] The Greater Good's/T'au'va POV, i just want to see what the Tau are doing

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Chaos POV and them running their "victory lap celebration" prematurely *star child was incarnated* . . . Oh

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] wasn't Russ married or something, lets go check him out

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] didn't we have a ritual or something to convert repenting chaos affiliated/corrupted individuals/warp spirits into devas of the star child?

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] any other hidden perpetuals out their that are now showing up from the woodworks as Chaos is slowly being beaten back, and a few asking "Big E" whats with the new look and religion he has

I mean, we respected the boundaries of her children, demanded nothing of them for hanging out in our patch of space, and basically served as a massive buffer. More importantly, unlike most of those stupid monkeys we're halfway civilized, which automatically makes us better.

-[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Interaction with the other Star Child Factions: Diplomacy, initial conflicts, stuff along those lines

Am curious about how well our polities mesh with each other in practice?

Here are the ones I'm partial to:

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] The Star Child incarnating in the Stargrove Federation and assessing their tools and goals.
Mostly this is intended to be head-patting for us. Like "Good job, I like what you've done so far. Now it's time to take these tools and expand that to the galaxy." Maybe a view into the start of the Child's Crusade, if that's what's actually going to happen.

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Teeln, Bnnuy, Chairon, Grug, and whoever else in the Star Child afterlife/Chaos blocker reacting to the galaxy currently like it's MST3K
Maybe at the very end, them reminiscing about the highs, the lows and the aftermath of everything that's happened so far.

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] - A New Daughter of the Omnissiah
Either resulting from us singing the Deus symphony again, or from us/the duchy building a new one.

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] The (surviving?) Primarchs reacting to the birth of the Starchild and the events that follow
Could be Sanguinias meeting the Lamenters, Gulliman meeting what his father was always supposed to be. Angron finally getting a hug. Just - the old guard falling in with or being retired by the Child's Crusade.
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] The Avatar of the Star Child meeting/communing with Isha.
And planning out the new order of the galaxy, or maybe the lack thereof.

Runner ups:
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] A Long Suffering Cryptek's First Day Off
He's really bad at reading maps. I wonder where he's gotten to now?
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Reaction to the Pilgrim Fleet's aid from foreign powers.
Somewhat of a nearer-term thing.
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Guilliman retreating from Terra before the birth of Starchild.
Maybe he gets a warning, and decides to trust it, then dispairs until shown a new hope.
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Aeldari reaction to the Star Child showing up in person
They have some history with incarnated gods.
[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Interaction with the other Star Child Factions: Diplomacy, initial conflicts, stuff along those lines
The somewhat tense diplomacy between those who worship different aspects of the Star-Child, and the resulting collaberation?

even more ideas

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] POV of the many voices of the emperor conversing with themselves in their last moments

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] POV of the Custodes during the final death Neal of the Emperor's dream

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Mar's POV as the omnissiah is dying and the lost of his ancheint knowledge; their preparations for the coming warp storm to prevent lost of knowledge of the "Forge World Principal" if they can withstand another long night

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Void Dragon of Mars POV as they get swallowed by the warpstorm

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] the Orks having a fun time

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] stargrove missionaries asking a dark eldar if they heard of their lord the star child and if they want to convert to eh droman creed? benefits include: being immune to all forms of medium chaos corruption, plus not getting a bullet to the head.

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] Star child and Big E having a talk after the latter is dead via space time bullshit
to expand on this idea, Attack on Titan

[] [Ending Slides #1-5] To you in 52790 years, From you 52790 years ago (Star child from 52790ish years into the future talks to the Neolithic Child Perpetual 52790ish years in the past via hazy dreams the latter cannot remember)

Long, they seeded the edges of the most extreme ranges their ships could ply in the Ghoul Stars, Sector Thalassi, and Sector Tremayne with stations of ingenious designs.
long had generations of watchers grown and died in duty and stations far removed but held dearly and close, all so that the approaching danger could be caught.

Something to note is that the Duchy really did a good job in their preparations: They believed/grew to believe us, and then spent EFFORT on this Iconic/Dogmatic style.

I was expecting to have to fight them right on our doorstep, but we now have a lot of ground to give and scout battles to do at the beginning to keep our information advantage?

Edit: Like, the old Imperium would have ignored us, or put a token effort and then jobbed?
