Maybe some combo of Wind and Lightning chakra based seals or some such?
Shouldn't be that hard. This is Naruto, semi-magic weapons which far surpass normal materials is pretty common. Especially if we tap Atlas for help with physical design of the weapon.
And this is before we consider Jutsu. We could probably make a jutsu that just lets us make a bow and arrow out of lightning, and shoot with the speed of lightning.
Edit: In regards to getting Atlas's help, I meant in regards to things like Compound Bows, and a very new (inrelation to archery) invention The Instant Legolas. Atlas should be able to think up these things to boost the materials we have even futher, and who knows what else he thinks of.
Edit 2 : @Magoose When will we get an action to learn more Medical Stuff, and/or Sealing Stuff? Those are two things people have expressed an interest in learning, but are absent from our available actions so far. Do we just gotta wait, or is there a pre-requisite thing we gotta do first? Like is Kakashi wanting us to hone some of our fundamentals more first (Nin and Genjutsu) before we go into other stuff?

I bet well become destitute and will end up another victim to the gambling scheme.
I'm fairly certain we'll run into Kakuzu or Tsunade. Possibly both. One is a bounty hunter who loves money, the other is a notorious bad gambler, and we're delivering a guy wanted by debt collectors to a place known for gambling
Actually, we could pretty easily cheat most gambling games. I don't see us losing much.

Well, if ATLAS was a mecha that fought, shouldn't it have access to knowledge of things like guns or rail guns or particle rifles? We may be able to learn how to make a weapon that could reach out and touch someone 20 miles away.
Problem with that, is MAKING guns/rail guns/particle rifles. You might not have noticed, but Naruto Tech ain't super advanced.

True. But, does ATLAS have the information to do so? It obviously has more advanced medical knowledge. And, an AI designed for war in a warframe should have knowledge in how to fix (perhaps even build) its own weapons.
It might know the principles behind how they work and how to make them but this world is really far behind to the point where I ain't even sure they have the proper forging techniques to build any of the pieces necessary. Chances are if you want to use any of the weapon information Atlas has your going to have to go down the biology/magic route and make it so your body can use this principles behind the weapons to make attacks based of them. This is the world where the Otsutsuki exist.
