From my knowledge, the lance acts more like a focus for the Valkyurs to use their abilities so recreating it shouldn't be too difficult though reaching the same quality may take some time.

Might be a bit hará to believe that to be possible…but that's the thing with being one of the best Brain Kings of the setting.
Doing this type of thing is literally on Eggman's wheelhouse.
To be fair, is not so much as recovering lost knowledge as making a way to replícate the lance, might seem similar but you are crear Ing your own way to synthetize the same ragnite as the lance. I wouldnt think that the valkyrur had the Same tech and resoruces as eggman and vice versa
I suppose you could say its arriving to the Same destination but taking a different road? Does that make sense?

I mean… maybe? Thought he would need a reason ti do. While he could, you Dont see eggman create an army of Metal Sonics do you?
…Also with Selvaria getting nat 100 by Zor, getting her biodata will be. Bit more… difficult
And luckily enough, the walking nuke has been very much hurt by the emo boy… we just gotta wait that she rolls like a decent thing on our recovery so we can fight her for a bit

I meant like the Shadow androids but lead by Metal Selvaria.
So we can't just send metal or a spy to infiltrate the camp Selvaria is in and get some DNA.
The problem is that Eggman really doesn't underrstand the real threat of Selvaria, so he doesn't has reasons to go after her yet apart from being the attack dog of the empire and having a lance similar to the one we stole.
He is still not there yet on the connection that we may need something else for the lance.

Well…actually it is kind of possible. As in the comics he did make the giant fake chaos emeralds as for how the hell they work? Who knows. But they were 1. Obviously not as powerful and 2. Giant. Duh. But still, kind of possible? They were certainly powerful power generators…however that works.

Well Congratulations, you picked the Deal, you gotta keeo Omega entertained and help Rouge with the Black Arms, but in exchange you get her as a Temp Hero unit!
Rouge The Bat
Power: 25 (Those kicks of hers are no joke, being enough to break through steel itself. She mostly uses combat as another ruse for an escape or a caper, but she's no slouch.)
Heart: 15 (While she can play nice, Rouge is often haughty and thinks a lot of herself. She is used to doing solo work and it does show.)
Logistics: 25 (Her heists often end up meticulously planned out and rarely tripping an alarm. The bat girl has a good head for planning things out.)
Trickery: 40 (Rouge has been everything from a master thief, to a master spy, to a master treasure hunter and in every field of trickery and deceit she has done nothing but excel.)
Brains: 20 (While by no means a genius, she's got a good head on her shoulders.)
Mystic: 15 (Not an active practitioner, but she has raided more tombs and handled more cursed gems than anyone alive. I'd be shocked if she didn't have some form of talent when it came to at least handling them.)
Loyalty: 0
Traits
Master Thief: Rouge is the ultimate thief and could steal the clothes you were wearing and the car you were driving without you noticing. (Rouge gets +10 to all Trickery rolls and an additional +15 to all thievery rolls.)
Eyes On The Prize: I will give her this, when the woman sets her mind to a goal she is like a dog after a bone or I suppose a bat after a gem. (When Rouge rolls a failure or critical failure on an action, she may reroll it and take the highest roll. She cannot use this trait again until she satiates But It's So Shiny!)
But It's So Shiny!: The woman is crazy for gemstones of all cuts and sizes. She truly does want all the gems in the world to belong to her. (Rouge is easily distracted by gems and will steal them whenever possible. A successful gem heist will get her back on track.)
Black Wave: She's managed to pick up some level of magical ability, but seems to prefer to sneak out when she can. (Rouge can add half her Mystic to her Power rolls.)
Team Dark: Once a solitary cat burglar by trade, Rouge has made friends and allies with The Ultimate Life Form and The Most Powerful Robot. (Rouge has +10 to any rolls that involve working with the other members of Team Dark.)

Even if it is a person we are stealing their Main researcher and a kid.
40+10+15+22+15/5+ any Badniks we can put.
If everything triggers for the Egg clan and Rouge we start with a 102 base roll.
92 in case the Egg clan doesn't get the full bonus
If only the +10 and +5 triggers we get a 77
Overall a Lot better chances than just using Conquering Storm.
Depending on the DC we could probably make equipment for Rouge and probably take another reroll with Sage or our personal just in case.

One extra demand, one question: Why is she here? Why not the Restoration or GUN? In exchange for all the Income, every single banknote, every single penny, by Turn 5 to answer this question trustfully and no deception or misdirection in any way, shape or form.

Not the best idea, with her Trickery there's no way she won't find out the second we build it. Which could lead to an early end to our "partnership" or more demands from her.
