He earn 10 Mystic from that trait, upgrade him with the 6 Valve 300cc orgone engine would give him a +5 in Mystic as well. Since if going by Piastol trait he can only apply half of his Mystic stats on Power Actions.
Agree I just think people expect Mystery Box be something completely random but it will be related to what you write. Pretty sure the Mystic box of Ragnite 101 would be related to the mineral in some way if was chosen.
Like the QMs said it would never be harmful to us but offer opportunities that could benefit us but it would be up to us to take it or not.
Like we get Cordelia thanks to a Mystery Box even if she didn't make her way to use we can always rescue her later from a Work Camp or from Max clutches.
