The Chuck and Chris action only unlocks an Adventure to retrieve them the turn after. So if you want to extract people while assaulting the Zeti you'll have to wait for Turn 6.

We don't even know they have an Emerald IC, let alone the ability to sneak in and swap it with a Fake Emerald we haven't made yet.
I mean Sage wouldn't help much on that.
