Hmm. A thought occured to me. What if the reason they go
for elite only is not becuae they dont understand The use of cheap expendable but more so they *cant* use many? They dont trust the virus or are more so wanting to make damn sure they can assume direct contorl over there robots in case of ???

That does sound quite plausible, but we don't know maybe after we capture one of them they can tell us why

And sometimes the best answer is the simplest. Just send Metal in to fight and retreat. One could even argue we are being tricky by utilizing abilities the Empire doesn't know we have to construct something they don't expect while letting themselves think they are superior by having 'won' that battle.

Doubtful. The zeti by all accounts aren't very smart. They value strength over cooperation, so they just go for the biggest meanest thing they can at any given moment. Plus, they don't really understand group tactics beyond a small squad's worth. (Partly because there's only six of them, as far as anyone knows.)

…. I kind of wanna do the metal zetti though. It sounds like a cool idea and we both mock them and we get a hard counter for their technological control.

We would need Metal to have a quick escape route that is not the Warp Topaz from the get go.

Like portals are useful and all, but I don't want to give the superhuman powered nuke an access to our base directly.

The "Escape Route" is partly Metal Sonic's Sheer Speed from being based on the Fastest Thing Alive, and partly sacrificing the bodies of low tier, weak Badniks to cover his escape.
 
Random thought, do you think the Empire and/or the Darcsen Refugees will recognize the latter's symbol on the Darc-Egg Robot if they hear about our battle with the Zeti?

It's a 2 piece puzzle, Selvarian without her Lance and shield can't really use her powers and the lance really needs a valkyrur to allow for bullshit powers to happen.

You are close to cracking one half from it, but still need her biodata for eggman to get the whole picture.

Huh. We're a lot closer to Metal Selvaria than I thought. We just have to crack the lance and get Selvaria biodata before we can get started?

...I thought it'd take longer.

Honestly guys I think we just send Metal (after upgrades) at the Empire with some badniks. Win or lose we get what we want.

we also need to get the ability to make tier 3 badniks. and go through t the mecha stages.

I'm pretty split on just using Rusty or building Metal Amy to be honest, they are diufferent bots that serve different purposes, and I've seen people supporting both ideas.

Yeah as I said, to pull a metal series right out of the start we need the drive to actually do it.

And so far the only time Eggman felt that drive was only after his first defeat + the sheer amount of BS he could get from little planet.

I feel like we have enough drive because we want to beat the zetti, because they technically stole our empire… that would make Eggman so angry and it is one of his drives

True, like, Eggman doesn't truly realize how Storng selvaris is, even with Isara telling him about the Azure Witch.

He knows Selvaria was able to Fight Neo Metal and not get curbstomped right away, but considers his lose mainly cause of Shadow butting in the fight and giving them a chance.

He knows Selvaria can deal with the deadly 6 with not BIG issue, but to be fair, the deadly 6 lost to Sonic too, so he doesn't consider it that big of an achievement.

He knows Selvaria is a threat but hasn't had first hand experience of how dangerous she can be. Studying the lance, ragnite and a few more battles will let Eggman realize how much of a Monster Selvaria is in battles. Her threat level keeps rising but hasn't gone to the point that he felt when Making Metal Sonic.

That will change soon.

Ehh, I think Aron means like, actualy geting a drive about dealing with the Empire, like with Zavok or Sonic, which that's fair.
 
Oh yeah no I mostly mean making a new number for the metal series right off the bat.

Hmm considering that we want to make Metal Selvaria a teenager like version of her.

Wonder if she could technically hit the Neo Metal form it would just be more like her counterpart in terms of stature and appareance.

Nope, Games/IDW!Eggman think once he get there he will be able to fix the problems of the world.

Although Eggman don't actually see the problem in pollution and don't care about nature.

Raising these kind of concernes and he will wave hand and saying he can create some kind of air filters or replace people's lung or something.

Although as show by Sonic CD, he would not be able to fix anything. His machines will eventually breakdown, rust will set and he probably would gone mad try to figure out why he can't fix it.

That would really screw, the real ones head.. but don't forget once we take care of the invaders and figure out what to do with gun and the restoration

We try to conquer the world?
