Am I remembering this wrong? Didn't Jotaru pull a ceiling attack in canon? Because I believe he did, at least in the most recent anime. I might be wrong.

Remember the invisitext where one of the windows frosted up? That's when the petrification juice got turned off, and Mizore went and hid in the ceiling.

I think I remember him going into the ceiling either to get into a nurses station or attack from there intot eh nurses station. Might be misremembering but if that is what happened then yeah. Otherwise it doesn't exactly break SOD for me for him to do this. I kind of see it as in character... kind of.

Unless he doesn't want to deal with anyone else right now. Which I would argue is the case right now. He just finished an uncomfortable conversation with someone already. Path of least resistance in this case is neither door nor window but instead ceiling. This route is the route of lets get out of here without any more conversations or people finding us in this awkward situation.
