I'd assume friendliness between Inner Moka and Jotaro at this point in both their character developments would be something like:

Actual romantic interest I think would just sound like friendly affection from other people due to either pride or poor communication skills depending on the party.

*Heartbeat Intensifies*
Jotaro: "And you as well Moka, how've you been?"
*Stomach Butterflies Multiply*

I think, I can't really see Inner Moka blushing or such 'weakness' at all at this point in time.
This can end badly to you know. We come in right as Moka's released and angry at Tsukune and we get so pissed we Ripple her, while she gets caught off-guard cause she actually kind of likes us.
On the other hand, I can just as easily see her dodging or parrying such a strike. She is an S-Class, and we haven't actually fought a Vampire before nevermind one with her blood.

-At Inner Moka about to bite Tsukune
-She looks up, and goes like

So how much do you know about outer moka?
Eh if he knows about some of the more important plot information from season two
He would know we just completely cockblocked Tsukune. Outer moka isn't an artifical personality like everyone thought she was. It's actually Ahsaka. Moka's mother.

Here's the thing about Tsukune:
He's not some random beta male. The guy takes initiative and goes out of his way to do the right thing. He's far, far more than just a random plot device. Unlike most other Harem protags that just shut up and let things happen to them, he takes the step forward to stand on his own two feet in the world and carry things on his own two shoulders. He's not just "nice", he's someone that can and does prove himself to be a genuinely admirable dude as the series progresses.
He's a person who, at his maximum potential, has as much a right to stand by Jotaro's side as a friend and ally as the rest of the Crusaders. Forcing Tsukune to acknowledge his feelings, and feel depressed about getting saved by Moka and Jotaro constantly will cause him to develop as a character that much faster as well.
And what ultimately attracted Inner Moka to him wasn't just Outer Moka's feelings. But the effort and determination he showed to always have everyone's back when the chips were down. What she couldn't do, he did.
That's the basis of that relationship.
Jotaro scratches one itch she has, but once she gets to know Tsukune better that chemistry will flare up that much more brightly.

I am aware of that, yes. I am also aware that when the rosary is on, Inner Moka is still awake, but when the rosary is off, Outer Moka does not exist.
That said, spoilers inform me that in exchange for relationship upgrades with Moka, Tsukune basically downgraded his relationships/closeness with everyone else. Granted, I have yet to see it for myself, but even so.
Um, in any case, I guess I can at least post the work-safe part of the update.

You turn and haul ass in the direction of Moka's scream. In the coming moments, you hear yet more cries.
"MOOOOKAAAAA!!"

Long, hamtastic screams delivered in a terrified voice? Yeeeep, some bad shit's going down, all right.
There are no further screams that you can hear, which seems like a pretty ominous sign. You run like hell, and a few minutes or so later, you eventually make it to a clearing near the bus stop.
Aono and Moka are being accosted by some giant monster, something like an ogre, powerful and hideous.
Moka is clutching Aono to her, it looks like he's been hurt pretty badly. Aono slumps over, and... somehow removes the 「rosary」 from around Moka's 「neck」.
All hell breaks loose.
You feel... some kind of「energy」 pulsing repeatedly outward from Moka. The sky turns into a bloody red, the moon gets a similar treatment, and the entire area is awash with a dark pink miasma.
This disconcerting aura around you... could this be...?
The ogre runs at the transformed Moka, swinging a punch at her. It makes contact without interruption, and without Moka even seeming to do anything, it is the ogre's hand that starts break into pieces.
This terrifying, invincible power... could this be...?!
Moka favors her opponent with a smirk of disdain, and mutters something to him, before lazily raising one of her legs into the air.
Then, she imperiously commands, "KNOW YOUR PLACE!"
She swiftly kicks the ogre, with so much speed and power that mighty shockwave erupts from the point of impact.
The ogre goes flying really, really, really damn fast, effortlessly breaking through multiple trees and gouging a scar into the earth.
SUCH COMPLETE AND TOTAL OVERWHELMING FORCE! ...COULD THIS BE... 「THE TRUE POWER OF A VAMPIRE」?!!
No sooner have you begun to comprehend the situation before you, then a fresh horror dawns upon you: the ogre is flying in your direction.
It is going to hit you.
And it is probably going to hurt more than you have ever been hurt in your entire life.
Your body attempts to shit itself, but is unable to; you voided your bowels the night before.
Your body attempts to piss itself, but is unable to; you emptied your bladder prior to leaving the dorm.
Your mind attempts to move your body out of the way, but is unable to; your muscles are locked up and refuse to cooperate, as if convinced that no danger will come to you if you play dead.
Your「instincts」as a human being are screaming at you, telling you to run. For perhaps the first time in your life, you think you might know what it's like to be afraid. But even though your heart and mind are dead set on getting the fuck out of the way, your body is too paralyzed with fear to even move at all.
The oncoming ogre crashes into you and keeps on going, pushing you along in front of it. You feel yourself crash into a tree, which breaks around you. And then another tree. That one breaks too. And then, on your way to a third tree, your ankle snags on a root, which stops you and brings you to the ground. It hurts like a royal bitch, but at least the monster that ran you over rebounds and keeps on going past you.
Your entire body is hurting. Your left leg is kind of twisted. You're pretty sure you've got some broken bones. Honestly, you're probably only even alive because of your bordering-on-the-superhuman physical condition.
The transformed Moka happens to glance at you for a moment and then starts as something occurs to her.

It read like you actually believed that Jotaro wouldn't. Mostly because of how you mentioned the chemistry flying between Tsukune and inner moka because of him coming through for everyone no matter what. It's like you ignored that it would be the same for Jotaro and inner moka. And that it would start sooner as well.

At least Jotaro is now exposed to fear involving Vamps and can now prepare himself for dealing with Dio, and also (possibly) got Hamon from this near-death experience too! please switch to larger dice. d6 means 33% crits.

FTR? Combat bonus, as it currently works, changes the potential dice results from 1~6 to effectively 1~4 (-2 to whatever the result is, so actually a 50% chance of critical win and 0% chance of critfail against selective opponents).

Actually the only one trying to pick a fight here is you. I explained that your post actually read like you didn't believe what I said you did when you asked me if I was being serious. As far as I can tell you don't but you still think that inner moka is somehow going to wind up being attracted to tsukune despite having Jotaro show the same traits that attracted her to him sooner then he will.
Use Invisible castle. Also wouldn't that dice change make it impossible to get a critical win?
