Considering we saved her and piqued her interest (raised her stalker flag), Mizore is probably #2 on the very, very short list of people at this school we could currently trust with our secrets, #1 being Tsukune (the bus driver and headmaster almost certainly know, but they don't count). Still hoping we can save that particular reveal for much later, though.

Waiting sounds like the safe answer, but I think it's a trap. Something will happen that the contents of the box would have changed, or it will get damaged or stolen or something.

    You take the box on up the stairs, and go to your dorm room.

    The doorknob repels your attempt to gain entry, and you take a moment to fish the room key out of your pocket. Excellent, you honestly didn't remember whether or not you'd locked up when you left this morning. You totally did not lock up.

    For the short term, you set the box on the bed, then turn back and re-lock the door.

    What now?

    Doesn' t hurt to be paranoid in a school full of Monsters. Plus he did feel like he was being watched early on.
