    "Oh! I can come heal him!" You tell the Chief happily, "It's not too big of a--?"

    "No."

    You blink. "Huh?"

    "Do not use your magic on Omaya." The Chief orders sternly.

    "Wait, why not?" You ask, putting your hand on your hip.

    "Because he was shot on duty. The injury was confirmed, registered, and now he's being operated on!" The Chief's frustration is plainly evident in his voice, "Meaning, if he suddenly makes a miraculous recovery, people are gonna start asking questions, and once everyone figures out demons exist...!" The Chief sighs heavily, "...Look, I'm proud of my department, but we can't investigate demonic crimes. You and your uncle would be up to your necks in demons. I can't do that to you or your family."

    You're silent for a moment, unsure as how to respond.

    "...Look, if you are gonna heal him, do it in short bursts. That way, people will think that he's just a fast healer." The Chief seems tired, "I need to go, I've already got the Tokyo Police Department breathing down my neck about the cult thing. Get the hostage out of there, and make yourself scarce. The less questions that get asked, the better." He hangs up.

    You shove your phone in your pocket, and March back inside. Rakshasa has taken Devil Dog's place, standing on the boss's back, and the others are just relaxing.

    "Ah, this fear and anger cocktail is..." The armored demon takes a deep breath, "...Beautiful!"

    The cat demon is curled up in the corner, purring.

    Patrimpas is sitting on the throne, leaning his back against it.

    Black Frost has begun lightly tapping one of the Yakuza grunts with his foot.

    Yuno flutters up to you, a nervous look on her face, "Oh, h-hey, Yumi...! So, uh, I healed Blueberry over there, but... Um... She's still kinda... Tipsy."

    • Can we use the debuff clear on Sayaka? Get her back to normal?

    Also, since we're pretty much done here we should probably just tie the guys up and get going. Not sure what to do about our gang though.

    Admittedly, I still want to drag Sayaka into our tour group drunk or not.

    I'm guessing we should probably Amrita Drop her (and putting that to words makes me realize that sounds like a wrestling move). Cause I'm willing to bet these fuckers at minimum used some kind of alcohol or drug (maybe rohypnol?) to knock her out.

    I'm watching my friend play P3R. It's his first Persona game, so I've been trying to keep an open mind.

    He's skipping all of the dialogue, and he's complaining that he's being railroaded in the tutorial. THE TUTORIAL. When I try to explain things, he just says "If it's important, the game will tell me.".

    While also in the same second skipping the dialogue which is telling him the stuff he needs to know. It hurts.

    Also also:

    Watching him play this game is like pulling teeth.

    He is probably expecting it to work like an Action Game as that is all common stuff in those games, maybe try explaining that RPGs like Persona expect you to read All THE TEXT BOXES as that was how these types of games were made when they first came out.

    Should also mention that it's rather story heavy, so skipping is actively making his experience cheaper/more hollow. Ya' know, just kind of sit down with him a try and find out what he expects from the game, so you can coach them through it in a somewhat enjoyable way. (Or stop watching if it's going to be a train-wreck...)

    "So, what, should we just place their shit in a pile?" Patrimpas asks, motioning to a spot on the floor.

    "Yeah, why not?" You shrug, "I've gotta go play doctor for a minute, so I'll leave that to you guys. Plus, I don't want to get my fingerprints on any of the weapons."

    Rakshasa takes a moment to look at his hands, "...Do we have fingerprints?" He asks himself as you walk over to Sayaka and Yuno.

    "I'm guessing you already tried Amrita Drop?" You ask Yuno as the two of you pass Black Frost.

    "Well, Patra, but yeah," Yuno nods, "I got rid of the poisons in her system, but she's still kinda..."

    Sayaka looks up at you, bleary-eyed and unfocused, "...Yuumii... Whatcha lookin' at me fer? Tell yer hair to stop moving, I'm gonna... Get dizzy..." She tries to stand up, only to be stopped by the handcuffs scraping against the metal pole, "...Am I a tree now? That's okay, I guess... Trees are nice, like Koko..."

    "...Like that." Yuno finishes, pointing at Sayaka with her entire hand.

    -[X] Text Homura that you've finished your business, and a location they want to meet up with you at. Then, either unlock Sayaka's cuffs or cut them with Dawn. Finally, carry Sayaka on piggyback to whatever location Homura texts you. She's not gonna believe this.
